Pastor Oyakhilome’s Wife Files For Divorce In London Court, Citing Adultery And Unreasonable Behavior

The dissolution of the marriage between Christ Embassy Church founder, Pastor Christian Oyakhilome, and his wife, Rev. Anita Odegwa Oyakhilome, has entered the final phase, TheCable can report.

The wife is seeking divorce on the grounds of “unreasonable behaviour” and “adultery”. She outlined several allegations against the pastor which TheCable cannot publish for legal reasons. The divorce case, with Suit No FD14D01650, was filed on April 9, 2014 at Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, UK, on Anita’s behalf by Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors, a full-service law firm with expertise in commercial law and a strong consumer focus in family, wills and estate, personal injury law and medical negligence.

Efforts to reconcile the popular couple, whose church is one of the biggest denominations in Nigeria and has branches all over world, have failed. They have two teenage daughters, Sharon and Charlyn. Oyakhilome is the president of Believers’ Love World Inc, the registered name of the Christian ministry, while his wife is the vice-president. The pastor, according to an elder of the church, has denied allegations of adultery and believes his wife is being influenced by “bad friends” who are intent on destroying their home. While Anita believes she has been relegated in the scheme of things in the church, her husband has reportedly accused her of trying to usurp power and authority above her seniors in the ministry.

Sources told TheCable that the pastor had been making efforts to avoid divorce in the hope that the wife would eventually have a change of mind. However, TheCable can also report that the decree nissi was served on the charismatic pastor in his hotel room during a recent visit to the UK. Decree nissi, in legal terms, is like a yellow card in a football match which is a precursor to a red card (“decree absolute”) if no new evidence is provided to stall proceedings. Church insiders said Oyakhilome had been hoping for rapprochement, but he was left with no option than to receive the papers when the lawyers cornered him at his hotel in London. The decree absolute, which will effectively end the marriage, is expected to be issued soon while terms of the divorce will be worked out by the lawyers on both sides.
TheCable learnt Anita recently wanted to go public with the details of her allegations against the husband but reached an informal agreement to sheathe her sword in the interest of the church. Oyakhilome is regarded as one of the richest and most influential pastors in Nigeria, and co-authors the fast-selling Christian daily devotional, Rhapsody of Realities, with the wife. However, following the strain in the marriage, the wife had been complaining to friends that her husband had stopped the payment of royalties due her from the devotional literature. “She complained of being deliberately starved of funds, perhaps to bring her to her knees in the belief that she would eventually return to her matrimonial home and mend things,” a church member told TheCable in the UK.

A wealthy Zimbabwean businessman, who is into telecoms, is one of the biggest financiers of the London branch of the church which Anita pastors along with other branches in Europe. When the crisis got to a head, the Zimbabwean stopped funding the church ─ some said in solidarity with Oyakhilome, his close friend and neighbour in Johannesburg, South Africa. However, Oyakhilome was said to have been shocked when the wife announced at a fundraiser that she was sowing a “seed” (donation) of $1 million ─ despite her assumed lack of access to funds. Matters got to a head on Sunday, July 13, 2014, when some relatives of Anita locked up the London branch of the church to protest against the “humiliation” being meted out to their sister ─ who had not overseen services at the branch since November 2013.

Some church members had sometime in May 10, 2014 launched facebook campaign, asking: “Where is Rev. Anita Oyakhilome?” They said Pastor Chris and Rev. Anita must unite “for the sake of the gospel, the church and their two beautiful daughters”. They quoted Malachi 2:16 in the Message Bible: “I hate divorce, says the God of Israel.” The facebook page, which has over 3,300 “likes”, was opened with a stated mission: “This is a Call to Prayer for all believers who understand God’s heart concerning marriage and a Call to Action by Pst. Chris. #DoWhatYouPreach”. Officials of the church quickly moved to deny any rift between the pastor couple. One official, Kenneth Achumasara, told the media last June: “I can tell you authoritatively that there is no issue between Pastor Chris and his wife, Anita… If you go to the UK now you will see her along with the kids. She is still with him and there is no issue between them. I have been with him for 22 years and the Pastor Chris I know cannot even utter such words as reported. He will never address such a gathering. She will soon be in Nigeria for a programme and I will definitely invite you to have access to her.”

After being slapped with a civil lawsuit of $10,000 for allegedly impregnating another man’s wife in February this year, Reverend Menard Zvenyika was due to appear before a disciplinary hearing of his church.

However, Zvenyika apparently couldn’t face the further humiliation and possible excommunication from the church, so he decided to end his own life by drinking poison, according to reports.

Forty-two-year-old Chezhira Mukobvu, who had been married to Rosemary Nyamukachi for 17 years, took Zvenyika to court earlier this year because he believed that his wife had been impregnated while working for the allegedly adulterous pastor. The 35-year-old woman had reportedly been employed as a housemaid in the home of Zvenyika for about 5 years, during which time she had allegedly been forced to terminate 3 pregnancies fathered by the reverend before finally giving birth to a son.

Assistant Inspector Nkululeko Nduna said on the telephone that he could neither confirm nor deny the report about the adulterous relationship of Zvenyika, because he was not in the office in the moment, according to New Zimbabwe.com. However, the online newspaper did reach family members who claimed that the reverend had died on his way to the clinic in Bikita after he had swallowed poison at his home on Friday, August 22, 2014.

According to their source, the reverend had a lot of pressure mounting on him because he was supposed to appear before a disciplinary hearing of the church and the evidence against him was overwhelming. Moderator of the church, Reverend Dr. Rangarirai Rutoro, said that although he could confirm the demise of Zvenyika, he couldn’t confirm the circumstances because he didn’t want to usurp the family’s rights to tell their version of the story.

Mukobvu testified in court that the adulterous relationship between his wife and Zvenyika had destroyed their marriage and his wife was willing to testify in court as to the accuracy of his statements. He claimed the reverend should compensate him for the damage caused to his marriage and the intimate relations his wife had refused him because of her affair with the reverend.

A Nigerian couple in the city of Asaba, Delta State, Benson Ogwu and his wife, who have been married for 16 years without a child, took their desperation to the extreme on Wedneday as they set their Holy Bible ablaze.

The couple lives around Bonssac quarters. The couple, members of a popular Pentecostal church in the area, were angry after their high expectations of having babies were shattered by a prophet who told them they had a delay in having children because they were far from God.
Sources say the couple was married in Catholic Church, which they dumped afterwards for one of the popular Pentecostal church where accusing fingers have been pointed to the pastor for raising false prophesies.

Consequently, they claimed God has abandoned them. According to Leadership, their 'stupid' action attracted hundreds of passersby in the vicinity who were shocked beyond words.

A close to the couple said they were disillusioned after several prophets told them that the Lord was totally fed up of their Christian practice. And they were said to have sought the assistance of some native doctors, who lured them into serving his idol popularly known as “Onishe”, where they were assured they would have children within three years.

TEXT: 1 Corinthians 5
I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral persons — not at all meaning the immoral of this world, or the greedy and robbers, or idolaters, since you would then need to go out of the world. But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother or sister who is sexually immoral or greedy, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or robber. Do not even eat with such a one. (1 Corinthians 5:9-11)

The 1 Corinthians 1 1 Corinthians 4 1 Corinthians 2 1 Corinthians 3 deal primarily with divisions in the church. These divisions come when individual believers live not as spiritual but as fleshly, carnal persons.

Carnal Christians produce not only divisions within the church when they cut themselves free from spiritual wisdom or eternal wisdom, exchanging it for carnal wisdom or temporal wisdom. They also produce other behavior patterns. Paul now turns to these. In the next several chapters, he deals with specifics.

In 1 Corinthians 5, he talks specifically about sexual immorality in the church. In this chapter, we confront the issue of how a church is to handle cases of sexual immorality within its own fellowship.

The church of Jesus Christ is an island in the middle of a polluted ocean. The sea laps upon its shores. It is impossible for us to live our contemporary existence without a constant exposure to moral pollution. The stench of it is so common that we have become accustomed to its rotten odors.

We observe so much immorality in the everyday lives of persons with whom we come in contact that we close our eyes to these tragic actions and attitudes. We don't want to spend all our time judging others, so we pretend we don't see what we see. Or, if we see it, we can so quickly accommodate ourselves to it that it no longer seems so bad. In fact, we tear down the signs that say, "Danger. Do not swim. Waters are polluted." We dive into the bay without adequate inoculation against disease. Then we are surprised when we hear about some Christian who has messed up morally.

Vance Havner, one of the great old Bible teachers of America, observed during his many years of ministry that, "The world is becoming churchy, and the church is becoming worldly." I'm not so certain that the world is becoming as churchy these days as he observed in those years of post-World-War-II religious boom. But certainly the church is becoming worldly.

NOTE THIS VERSION: We must always be on our guard against the wiles of the evil one. As we can see from this message God gave to Cain in Genesis 4:7, sin is indeed crouching at every person’s door. We must rule over the power of sin that desires to have us.
 
The secret to overcoming sin is to be aggressive in fulfilling the mission God has given us, fueled by the power of the Holy Spirit. When we are powered by the Holy Spirit, we will be able to see the Holy Spirit put to death the misdeeds of our body, just as it is written in Romans: “Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live” (Romans 8:12–13, NIV).
 
By the power of the Spirit, we can put to death those fleshly desires. The power of the cross crucifies the lures of this world and the flesh with its passions, so we can live a life pleasing to the Lord. The power of God in our lives is rooted in the cross: “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God” (1 Corinthians 1:18, NIV)

End Time Delusions: According to bible, in the end times, expect widespread deception, counterfeit miracles, and the appearance of false prophets. Each of these evils will contribute to an atmosphere that will deceive an untold number of people throughout the world. The Antichrist, possibly a charismatic Muslim with a fake Jesus as a sidekick, will convince his followers he is the answer to the world’s problems. Paul tells us that those who become caught in the Antichrist’s web of deceit will be guilty because they freely choose to enjoy evil while denying the truth.

END TIME SIGNS

1. False Bible teachers would be money hungry. They would be smooth talkers, have many followers, and slur the Christian faith (2 Peter 2:1-3)

He can flick through time as we flick through the pages of a history book. The reason He seems to be silent, is because He is patiently waiting, not willing that any perish, but that all come to repentance.

LOVERS OF PLEASURE MORE THAN LOVERS OF GOD - (2 Tim 3:4) "Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;"

If ever there was a time when people revealed themselves as pleasure crazy, that time is now!

A Pastor friend said "for the life of me, I don't see where people get pleasure in drinking and getting drunk. On the airplanes they use to ask you if you wanted a "Hail Mary" or "Bloody Mary" or something on the rocks, but I always said "No, but I'll have a Root Beer." I've watched the person sitting next to me as he got his "Bloody something" and make a sour face as he took a sip. I've leaned over and said, "If it's that bad, why do you drink it?" They look at me funny".

Drink and drunken drivers are a major problem these days. Every single day hundreds of people are killed by drunken drivers. Where's the pleasure in all this?

Then there's the gambling crowd. The lose and lose and lose, but still gamble away their money. Where on earth is the pleasure in all that?

The Bible speaks of the pleasure of sin for a season. (Heb 11:25) "Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;" So since God's Word does say "PLEASURES of sin", I suppose they get pleasure in doing so…but remember the last part of that verse, "FOR A SEASON." It doesn't last long. Some people take pleasure in killing every day, kidnapping innocent people and rob people of their belonging, many take pleasure in humanizing, pleasure in backbitten and all sort of things we have addict our Gods given time to.

I would rather live a good moral clean life and not take part in the so-called "pleasures of sin" and enjoy an eternity in Heaven with the Lord.
I would rather spend my time doing something that will last forever than to "enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season."
Brethren, this are part of the signs of end time, it is better will allow Jesus in to our life to give us new life which will have divine pleasure in the things of God that benefit,
Give your life to Jesus and you will be happy enternaly and heaven will be yours

Popular General Overseer’s Wife In Baby Making Factory Mess, Escapes To America

Policemen attached to the Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, Lagos and those of the Rivers State Police Command, are currently on the trail of a fleeing wife of the General Overseer of a popular Pentecostal Church in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers state, alleged to be operating the biggest baby factory in the southern part of the country.

The pastor’s wife, Emeka Precious Chinyere, was said to have sold babies to desperate women between N2.5 million and N6million. Her beneficiaries, we gathered, come from all parts of the world.

Her modus oparandi as gathered, included giving desperate women concoction which would make their stomachs to start protruding, until the day of delivery. However, the delivery process is said to shrouded in mystery which the Police is trying to unravel…
Vanguard gathered that most of the beneficiaries were women who had waited for years without bearing children. The amount paid for each pregnancy as gathered, varied according to the age of the individual and the period of waiting.

This illicit business has reportedly been going at God’ s Gift Clinic and Maternity home located at number 16 School Road , Elelenmo area of Port Harcourt , Rivers State, for years until the bubble burst, following a petition to the Commissioner of Police in charge of the Police Special Fraud Unit, by the United States of America Consulate, to investigate an America based- Nigerian woman who applied for American passport for her little baby. The US-based Nigerian identified as Christiana Ogeyi Omagu, with Nigerian passport number AO49173747 and US passport 458926040 , according to the US Consulate, appeared at the consulate in pursuance of a US passport for a male child she claimed to have delivered at God’ s Gift Clinic and Maternity , Port Harcourt , Rivers State.
However, when a DNA paternity and maternity test was conducted, the result according to the embassy, indicated that the applicant and her husband, Donald Omagu , were not the biological parents of the baby.

In spite of the result, the embassy said Mrs Omagu insisted that a certain doctor she identified as Chinyere Precious, took her delivery at God’ s Gift Clinic and Maternity in Rivers State, hence, the petition to ascertain her claim.

During preliminary investigation, the Police Special Fraud Unit reportedly discovered that several embassies had petitioned them over similar cases, with the mention of the General Overseer’s wife as the doctor that delivered them of their ‘miracle babies’

It would be recalled that a similar instance was that of one Esther Soyebo, who , two years ago, was arrested following a petition from the US embassy over same reason. During interrogation, the woman told journalists that she was introduced to Pastor Chinyere by a friend in the USA who claimed to have had her three children miraculously from her. The suspect also stated that she paid N2.5 million for the prepared concoction she took , after which her stomach began to bulge . But efforts by operatives to locate the maternity home were futile as the woman claimed not to know the exact location of the centre. She claimed that she was taken there at night and that she left very early the next morning.

But a combined team of operatives from the Unit and those of the Rivers state Police command stormed the maternity home recently where a near gun battle was reportedly averted, following resistance from armed policemen from the Special Protecting Unit , who blocked access to her.

I have never witness any child delivery – Nurse
However, a nurse identified as Peace Effiong and a supposed expectant mother were arrested at the maternity home in Rivers state and brought to SFU, Lagos.

In her statement to the Police, the arrested nurse revealed that no child had ever been delivered in the maternity since she was employed.

According to her: “ I was employed just six months ago and I have never witnessed any child birth there. Anytime a pregnant women is due for delivery, she is usually taken to Dr Chinyere’s home at Harvest Assembly Avenue, Stallion Road, Elelenwo. That is all I can say “

I paid N2.5 million for pregnancy and delivery
On the part of the America- based Nigerian suspect, she disclosed in her statement that she paid N 2.5 million to the fleeing doctor before she got pregnant..

She explained that she came to Nigeria in February last year , after she was introduced to Dr Chinyere. “ One month later, the doctor said I was pregnant and I went back to my base in the USA , with the hope of delivering the baby in one of the hospitals over there. But several medical tests carried out in the United States indicated that I was not pregnant and I began to doubt. Dr Chinyere who visited America at that time, assured I was pregnant and advised me to come down to Nigeria to deliver the baby . By February this year, she called and informed me to come down to Nigeria , that I was due. I was delivered of a baby boy on February 16, 2014, at the maternity home”

But the result of the DNA test by the embassy showed that neither she nor her husband were biological parents of the supposed baby. Asked if the delivery was a normal one or through caesarian , the suspect kept mute.
Another paid N2.9million
Another pregnant woman , Victoria Acholonu , who was arrested at the maternity home, told operatives that “ I paid N2.9 for the pregnancy. Dr. Chinyere called me on the phone to inform that my delivery was due . That was why I came to her hospital , only to be arrested. Again, when a text was conducted to ascertain her true state, the result showed that she was not pregnant, even with the evident bulging stomach.

Sounding frustrated, Acholonu disclosed that she was not the only one that had fallen a victim. “ I know some people who said they paid more that N2.5million. Some claimed to have even paid

N6m, depending on their condition
Information at the operatives disposal indicated that the wife of the general overseer had fled to the United States of America.

Police sources hinted that several attempts to arrest her proved abortive as some eminent Nigerians in key positions always intervened. Police sources said : “ the woman is very powerful , that is why she has managed to beat police arrest. She has been very evasive to the police at PSFU despite the numerous evidences against her. She was once arrested by the Police at Elelenwo divisional police station , after one of her victims’ husband became suspicious and invited the police , who invaded her home at the point of delivery but she escaped justice after an unidentified ‘ powerful man from ‘ above intervened “

However the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State , Mr. Tunde Ogunsakin has assured his command would ensure the suspect is arrested. As first step, he said the command would ascertain id the woman was a medical doctor.

Pastor Kumuyi Gives Striking Sermon: ‘Satan Is Attractive’

He said invitations from Satan and his agents were usually attractive but in the end, leads to destruction

Founder and general overseer of Deeper Life Bible Church, has warned Nigerians to be beware of invitations they accept as such decisions determine if they want to live or die.

Pastor Kumuyi said this while delivering a sermon at a three-day crusade meeting in Aba, Abia state in a message titled “Whose invitation will you accept.”

Two Mermaids Where Found in Nkandla’s “Fire Pool” SA

Bishop David Oyedepo, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and Dr. Mike Adenuga are among the top 10 Nigerian billionaires who will pay hundreds of millions of naira annually as luxury tax due to the imposition of a whooping $4,000 luxury tax by Aviation Ministry on private jet owners and operators per departure.

According to our sources, among the four jets owned by Bishop Oyedepo (Gulfstream V and G550, Bombardier and Gulfstream G430), he uses three regularly personally and for his missionary work. David Oyedepo Barred From Entering UK

Popular Nigerian clergyman, Bishop David Oyedepo, has been barred from entering the United Kingdom, Thisisafrica.me repots.

Prophet Rapés Woman During Prayer Session In Lagos

A professed Celestial Church prophet, Adewale Adeleke, on Tuesday appeared before a Yaba Magistrates’ Court for alleged fraud and unlawful intercourse. Prophet Adeleke, who resides at 2 Ajibola Street, Agbado Ijaiye, was arraigned on 4-count charge of obtaining by false pretext, impersonation and unlawful intercourse.

Prosecutor Chris Takim told the court that the accused committed the offences on July 26 at 6 p.m. at the premises of Original Inn Hotel in Ebute Meta, Lagos.

He said the prophet approached the woman, claiming to be spiritually informed about her problems and had solutions to them through a scheduled prayer session. She met him at the hotel and he obtained her mobile phone and money mobilisation fees.
“Adeleke collected her phones and N13,000 to begin the prayer session with her and later forced her to remove her clothes as a prerequisite for her prayer to be answered...
“Adeleke, thereafter unlawfully assaulted her and had intercourse with her without her consent," the prosecutor said.
He said the offences contravened Sections 258, 285, 312 and 378 of the Criminal Laws if Lagos, 2011.

Section 258 prescribed life imprisonment for a man who has intercourse with a woman without her consent.

The 23-year-old prophet however pleaded not guilty.

The Chief Magistrate, Ariike Oshibayo, granted the accused bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum. Oshibayo adjourned the case till August 16 for trial.

BREAKING: Nigerian scientist develops trial Ebola drug, ‘Nano Silver’ for the treatment of Ebola Virus Disease

The Federal Government is to receive Nano Silver trial drug for the treatment of Ebola Virus Disease patients, it was learnt.

The drug is from a Nigerian scientist living in the diaspora.

Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu said yesterday at a Press Briefing in Abuja said it has been used experimentally for many things.

The drug he said is getting to today.

Besides, he said eleven people have so far been tested positive to the deadly disease. The number included the index, Patrick Sawyer.

The list he noted was increased to eleven as one of the doctors that treated Sawyer tested positive for the virus.

He also said so far the country has recorded three dead, which included Sawyer, the Lagos nurse and the ECOWAS protocol officer attached to Sawyer.

Prof. Chukwu further clarified that Ebola is still restricted to Lagos, refuting the report that the disease has spread to Enugu.

Ebola Scare: FG Postpones Resumption Of Primary And Secondary Schools

The Nigerian government announced the move in a bid to ensure that the Ebola virus does not spread

The Federal Government has mandated that all primary and secondary schools in Nigeria should remain shut until further notice.

The government stated that this was necessary to ensure that there is no further outbreak of the Ebola Viral Disease (EVD).

The move was announced by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Matters, Comrade Jude Imagwe.

The amount of time that the students would spend at home was not specified but it was stated that they would be on holiday until the country found a way to stop the current outbreak.

Nigeria has now recorded 11 cases of the disease, the first being Liberian-American, Patrick Sawyer who brought it into the country.

On the international level, this certainly is true today. How many times has Israel and the Arab nations signed a truce agreement? How many times has it been broken? You know the answer…EVERY TIME!

What about on the personal level? This is at the bottom of broken homes. Men and women stood at the altar and solemnly pledged their vows to each other. Then after the exchanging of rings, joining of hands and the kiss to seal the marriage…only a couple years later they threw those vows to the winds as they separated and divorced. What a tragedy!
The Bible says concerning the last days, (Mat 24:6) "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet." We are at war right now. There will always be trucebreakers and wars will always take place…until the Prince of Peace comes to usher in the Thousand Year Millennial Reign of Christ.
And what about the homosexual issue. See Rom. 1 for God's view of this issue. And America has sanctioned it. How can God keep blessing America when laws are made against the will of God?

WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION - (2 Tim 3:3) "Without natural affection, …"

How many times have we read of parents killing their children? That's certainly not natural affection. It's not natural and it's not affection.

But also, America has sanctioned the murder of millions of babies and some of them just before birth. That's not natural and it's not affection. I love America, but I'm scared for America today.
And now our society (WORLD) has got so sick that men are marrying men and women are marrying women. What does Rom. 1 tell us about this?

(Rom 1:26-28) "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature (without natural affection): {27} And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly (without natural affection), and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. {28} And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;"

If what is going on today is what will go on during the last days, then we are there now! These are the last days!

And we even hear of priests or pastors taking part in these "unseemly," "against nature," "without natural affection" acts.
Just as God's patience ran out on these cities (SODOM AND GOMORRAH) so will His patience run out on this old world someday!

I would advise you to get saved NOW! Don't wait a single minute! This is a sign of the end time, be informed, be reminded, don't be a victim, don't follow the pattern of the world, give your life to Jesus

II. DISOBEDIENCE TO PARENTS - (2 Tim 3:2) "… disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,"

The age of crime has come down drastically during these (last) days. You hear of children dashing little babies to death by throwing them on the side walk. You hear of children taking guns to school and shooting their fellow students. You hear of children killing their parents. My mother told me years back, "Things can't get worse than they are now." Hunmm
How many young people have left home to gain freedom only to return because the grass was not so green out in the cold, heartless world.
And now children are being taken out of homes simply because the parents believe in scriptural spanking. And the various official child abuse agencies are quick to pounce on children who even joke about child-molestation. I know a family whose child was taken from school because of that. And all for money!!!

INTRO. Notice that Paul is writing about "the last days." He speaks of those days as a time of peril. He mentions 21 different things that I can count that will characterize people of that time. I will group them into SEVEN END-TIME SIGNS THAT ARE NOW TAKING PLACE. Despite all the talk about things getting better and better, the contrary is true…things are getting worse and worse. As I see it, it is only the mercy of God that He has not send His Son to rapture us out of this world before now. If I were you, and was not prepared for eternity, believe me, I would run down this aisle right now and get ready to meet the Lord. Let's look at these 7 signs of the times.

I. LOVERS OF THEIR OWN SELF - (2 Tim 3:1-2) "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. {2} For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers…

Is this not the root cause of most sin? Isn't it because men are covetous that they murder, cheat, lie, deceive, rob, rape, and fight?
When men love themselves, they don't care who they hurt as they seek self-gratification.
Is this not the crowd who are the boasters, proud and who blaspheme the Name of Almighty God? Has there ever been a time when men took God's name in vain more than today? You hear it even on TV.

Unsurrendered will

…A person whose will is surrendered to God has a relationship with Him similar to the one described in the parable of the vine and the branches. It says, “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you” (John 15:7). The branch depends on the vine and lives in one accord with it. In return, the vine provides it with everything it needs, and the result is great fruitfulness.

There are great benefits of surrendering your will to God. One is that God promises to answer your prayers and grant your requests. Another is that we get to receive the power of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Just as with the vine and the branches, He flows through us, gives us power, and produces fruit.

Olive Oil For Getting Rid Of Ugly Acne Scars

Acne is certainly one of the worst skin problems that we experience from time to time. Depending on its severity, acne can cause emotional distress and lead to scarring of the skin. Acne scarring can be brown, pink or red, and can take a long time to fade form the face. Luckily, by applying olive oil to the skin in a few different ways, acne scars can fade more quickly.

Here is a step-by-step common and conventional way to make use of olive oil in treating acne scars: Step 1. Massaging: Doing this at least twice every day before bedtime can help you make the dead tissues softer and get rid of stubborn acne scars easily

Take one tablespoon of olive oil and massage it gently over your skin and acne scars, by moving your fingertips in small circles.
Make sure that you use deep pressure and keep massaging for 4 to 5 minutes.

Now, take a large towel and cover your head with it so that the steam can reach your facial skin properly.
Stay in this position for 8 to 10 minutes. Then,
Wipe off the excess oil and sweat with the towel.
Step 3. Exfoliating: Now, it is time to exfoliate your skin with a scrub. This process will speed up the removal of the soft and loose acne scar tissues. For this,

mix one tablespoon of baking soda with one tablespoon of olive oil and blend well.
Apply it onto your skin, especially over the acne scars, and rub gently with your fingertips, using circular motion.
Do this for 3 to 4 minutes and after that,
wipe away the mixture from your face with a wet wash cloth.
Step 4. Maintenance: It is of utmost importance that you maintain an acne-free skin after getting rid of the scars. The layer present beneath the surface layer of the skin becomes visible to some extent during this time. In order to protect this from further infection, prepare a concoction by

combining 3 drops of tea tree oil with 5 drops of olive oil.
Apply it all over your face with the help of a cotton ball. It will not only normalize your skin but also make your skin less-prone to acne.
You Could Also Try: -Olive Oil With Lemon Juice:

Blend one teaspoon of olive oil and half teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice well together.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar. Now, dip a cotton swab into it and apply onto your skin.
Allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then, wash off with lukewarm water. You can store the jar in the refrigerator and
use the mixture twice a day to get visible results.
-Olive Oil With Sea Salt:

Take two tablespoons of finely pulverized sea salt and one tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix both of them to form a smooth and thick paste.
Use it as a facial scrub just like the olive oil and baking soda scrub. The application procedure is also the same. It will also help you fade away your ugly acne scars quickly and effectively.

‘I Have The Backing Of God’: Says Pastor Who Wants To Face Boko Haram And Free Chibok Girls

A clergy man has volunteered to go to the hideout of the dreaded terrorist sect, Boko Haram to secure the release of the school girls abducted in Chibok, Borno state, over 100 days ago.

Sunday Adebayo Joseph, who pastors at the Christ Apostolic Church spoke to newsmen in Lagos, that the release of the missing girls could not be achieved by the use of armed force, but through divine intervention.

He said that God was angry with the sect and Nigerians for allowing the abuse of the girls and that he had been spiritually mandated to locate the sect’s hideout and rescue the girls.

“The Chibok girls that had been captured more than three months ago can be released. The message of God is that no amount of weapons and their usage that can bring them back alive. Thus, the God of Christ Apostolic Church has promised to use me to rescue the girls, one single day, no harm will befall them.

“They will be rescued alive by the power of God. With God all things are possible. Before I go on the mission, I will deliver God’s message to our president Dr Goodluck Jonathan,” Pastor Joseph said.

The cleric who was warned on the dangerous nature of his mission insisted that he had the backing of God to set the captives free.

“The sins perpetrated by Boko Haram have cried to God for vengeance. God has liberated people from bondage before, so this one is no exception,” he said.

WOW! ”ZMAPP SERUM” THE ALLEGED CURE FOR EBOLA IS GOTTEN FROM RATS!

According to CNN Two American missionary workers infected with the deadly Ebola virus were given an experimental drug that

seems to have saved their lives.

Dr. Kent Brantly was given the medication, ZMapp, shortly after telling his doctors he thought he would die, according to a source familiar with his case. Within an hour, doctors say his symptoms — labored breathing and a widespread rash — dramatically improved. Nancy Writebol, another missionary working with Samaritan’s Purse, received two doses of the medication and has also shown significant improvement, sources say.

As there is no proven treatment and no vaccine for Ebola, this experimental drug is raising lots of questions.

What is ZMapp and How does it work?

This medicine is a three-mouse monoclonal antibody, meaning that mice were exposed to fragments of the Ebola virus and then the antibodies generated within the mice’s blood were harvested to create the medicine. The Drug Literally Prevents Virus from Making New Cells.

Did doctors know it would work?

No. The drug had shown promise in primates, but even in those experiments, just eight monkeys received the treatment. In any case, the human immune system can react differently than primates’, which is why drugs are required to undergo human clinical trials before being approved by government agencies for widespread use.

The two Americans’ cases will be studied further to determine how the drug worked with their immune systems.

Will the drug be made available to other Ebola patients?

It’s unclear. Doctors “cannot start using untested drugs in the middle of an outbreak, for various reasons,” World Health Organization spokesman Gregory Hartl said.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, says scientists have to be careful about assuming this drug will work in other patients as it appears to have worked in Brantly.

“Having worked with administering antibodies for people for a really long time, that would be distinctly unusual,” he told CNN. “As we all know in medicine … you have to withhold judgment.”
Does the company have more vials of the drug?

The company has very few doses ready for patient use, Fauci told CNN. “Apparently the company is trying to scale up, (but) it’s not easy to scale up to very large number of doses.”

Would this drug stop the Ebola epidemic?

If it were widely available, it certainly couldn’t hurt. An effective Ebola drug could help doctors treat the deadly virus, which is killing about 60% of the people infected in West Africa. But a vaccine would be a much more effective tool in stopping this, and future, epidemics.

Vaccines are given to healthy people to prevent them from ever becoming infected. One challenge with Ebola, experts say, is that companies don’t believe they could make much money from developing a vaccine, so few companies show interest.

…Ezekiel 14:3 clearly shows the negative effect of anything that comes between a person and God. It says, “Son of man, these men have set up idols in their hearts and put wicked stumbling blocks before their faces. Should I let them inquire of me at all?” God does not even want an idol worshiper to talk to Him. On the other hand, when we remove idols from our lives, we become ripe for a personal revival.

…One way to know that something in your life is an idol is to ask yourself, “Would I be willing to give this thing up if God asked me to?” Look honestly at your career, possessions, and family. If there are things you wouldn’t release to God, then they’re blocking access to Him, and when your access is block with the lord, there is no how he will answer your prayer,

Don't let anything come between you and God, God value his relationship with his loving children, He use to come down to watch Adam and Eve until snake come between then.
