why does God allow tragedy and suffering?

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: why does God allow tragedy and suffering?

1. God is not the creator of evil and suffering.

2. Though suffering isn’t good, God can use it to accomplish good.

3. The day is coming when suffering will cease and God will judge evil.

4. Our suffering will pale in comparison to what God has in store for his followers.

5. We decide whether to turn bitter or turn to God for peace and courage.

Though suffering isn’t good, God can use it to accomplish good.
He does this by fulfilling His promise inRomans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Notice that the verse doesn’t say God causes evil and suffering, just that he promises to cause good to emerge. And notice that the verse doesn’t say we all will see immediately or even in this life how God has caused good to emerge from a bad circumstance.

Remember, we only see things dimly in this world. And notice that God doesn’t make this promise to everyone. He makes the solemn pledge that he will take the bad circumstances that befall us and cause good to emerge if we’re committed to following Him.

The Old Testament gives us a great example in the story of Joseph, who went through terrible suffering, being sold into slavery by his brothers, unfairly accused of a crime and falsely imprisoned. Finally, after a dozen years, he was put in a role of great authority where he could save the lives of his family and many others.
This is what he said to his brothers in Genesis 50:20: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” And if you’re committed to God, He promises that He can and will take whatever pain you’re experiencing and draw something good from it.

You might say, “No, he can’t in my circumstance. The harm was too great, the damage was too extreme, the depth of my suffering has been too much. No, in my case there’s no way God can cause any good to emerge.”

But if you doubt God’s promise, understand this that God took the very worst thing that has ever happened in the history of the universe — deicide, or the death of God on the cross — and turned it into the very best thing that has happened in history of universe: the opening up of heaven to all who follow Him.

So if God can take the very worst circumstance imaginable and turn it into the very best situation possible, can he not take the negative circumstances of your life and create something good from them?
He can and He will. God can use our suffering to draw us to Himself, to mold and sharpen our character, to influence others for Him – He can draw something good from our pain in a myriad of ways…if we trust and follow Him

DEAR LORD JESUS, TURN MY SUFFERING TO BLESSING AND JOY THIS YEAR IN JESUS NAME

THINK BEFORE YOU DO

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THINK BEFORE YOU DO , (OBEDIENT TO GOD'S WILL)

Text: Acts 5:14-29

How do you make decisions? Do you try to determine what will benefit you the most, or perhaps you strive to please or impress others? Maybe you let emotions take control or attempt to make a logical choice.

Wise men and women learn to obey God, and leave all the consequences to Him. There is nothing more important in life than following Jesus and trusting Him to care for your needs.

I. What does the Bible say about obeying God?

A. Biblical Example: When the apostles were told to stop preaching in Jesus’ name, they responded, “We must obey God rather than men” (Acts 5:29).

B. Sowing and Reaping: Galatians 6:7 says, “Whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.” Every action has an impact, for good or evil. Our decisions, and the choices of others, determine the quality of our lives.

C. Disobedient Biblical Characters:
The Bible says, “Be sure your sin will find you out” (Num. 32:23).
Imagine how different the stories in Scripture would be if mankind knew what disobeying God would cost them and thing before their action,

1. Adam and Eve would never have eaten the forbidden fruit. If they think in God's direction.

2. The nation of Israel would have chosen to fight for the Promised Land the first time around instead of wandering 40 years in the desert.

3. After seeing Bathsheba bathing, David would have turned away and walked back inside. If he think in God's direction.

4. Jonah would have willingly traveled to Ninevah to preach the Word of God. If he thinks in God's directions.

If you and me think in God direction yesterday parhabs will may not be where we are today.
Now before you go out think on God's direction for your life.

LET US PRAY
DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER MAKE YOUR WILL KNOW TO ME FOR MY GOOD AND TO YOUR GLORY IN JESUS NAME.

God’s Purposes for Our Suffering

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: God’s Purposes for Our Suffering

Text: Jeremiah 29:11 KJV
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

A. To bring us to the end of ourselves. We become most useful to the Lord when we rely on Him completely. If we respond correctly to loss and suffering, we will find blessing through it.

B. To prevent pride. Suffering reminds us that all good things are gifts from God and not earned by our own efforts.

C. To remove idols from our lives. Worshipping anything other than God is a problem. He causes all things to work together for our good (Rom. 8:28). So if He removes a good thing from our lives, He must have a purpose, even if we can’t see it at the time.

D. To deepen our understanding of His ways. When God does something and we aren’t sure why, we can anticipate learning something new about how He operates.

E. To demonstrate His faithfulness to His children. In suffering, you and I have the opportunity to become living examples of the goodness of God. As others watch how we respond to overwhelming adversity, they recognize His loving care.

If you obey God, can you expect His blessings?
Yes. But remember that His choice of blessing may be different from yours. Perhaps He will use suffering to draw you closer to Himself. Or He may use it to remove from your life those things that hinder fruitfulness for Him. No matter what, if you walk in His will, He will bless you in surprising ways.

LET US PRAY
DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, BLESS US WITH ALL GOODNESS AND MERCY THAT WE DESIRE OF THEE TODAY IN JESUS NAME

Suffering Before Blessing

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Suffering Before Blessing

Often, the first effect of obedience is not blessing, but suffering. Sometimes, what God requires of us will initially lead to pain and sadness. We shouldn’t assume that difficulty means we’ve made a mistake or that He has abandoned us.

Let’s look at two significant examples of suffering as an initial result of obedience:

A. Moses followed God’s command to lead His people out of Egypt. Not only did the leader experience difficulty in freeing the Israelites from bondage; the people also complained bitterly about life in the dessert once they were released. Despite these and other challenges, Moses is known as the most important leader in the Old Testament.

B. Paul obeyed God by preaching the gospel. As a result, he suffered tremendous persecution, danger, and physical abuse (2 Cor. 11:23-27). However, because he was imprisoned, the apostle had time to write his epistles to the Colossians, Philippians, Ephesians, and Philemon. His obedience resulted in supernatural blessing (see 2 Tim. 4:7).

Now Brothers and Sisters, whatever God has committed into your hand to do please don't hesitate to do it, be obedient to all he ask you to do,
Even if all you are seen now is suffering all around you, and others have pass you by in achievement please don't look that way, so far you are acting on God's will know that your redemmer liveth and if sorrow tarry for a night joy comes in the morning,

Don't look at the suffering be happy that you are an obedient child and God will reward you soon, amen

DEAR LORD, CHANGE MY SUFFERING TO BLESSING IN JESUS NAME

Obedience Brings Blessing

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Obedience Brings Blessing

Text: Psalm 24:1-5
I define a blessing as any expression of God’s goodness and love toward us. Answered prayer, miraculous provision, and unexpected favor are some examples. We easily recognize these as God’s gifts. But sometimes He chooses to bless us in different ways. For instance, He grants us strength and joy in the midst of hardship, and He uses our suffering to help us mature spiritually.

When we obey God, we can trust that He will display His goodness and love to us. Those who are wise will watch for His blessings in all their different forms.

II. Biblical Examples

A. Noah’s obedience saved his family from the flood.

B. Abraham’s obedience resulted in his becoming the father of a great nation, God’s chosen people, Israel.

C. Moses led the Israelites out of Egyptian bondage.

D. Joshua won the battle of Jericho by following God’s supernatural strategy.

E. David refused to harm Saul, the anointed king.

F. Jehoshaphat relied on God’s word when the Ammonites attacked Judah.

G. Peter obeyed Jesus’ command to fish in the heat of day.

H. Paul followed God’s will and took the gospel to the Gentiles.

III. Types of Blessing

God’s gifts aren’t always obvious. But when you obey Him, He may bless you with:

A. Peace, joy, and contentment. These internal qualities often result when we step out in faith and obey God.

B. Spiritual growth. We will have more faith to obey the next time God challenges us to do something.

C. Eternal blessings. When we stand before God on judgment day, we will be rewarded for our obedience (see Mark 9:41; Luke 6:21-23).

Today as you step out obey God and work in his way, make sure you do all he is telling you to do and you will be blessed, listen well to the voice of the spirit and take order from God
GOD BLESS YOU TO DAY

LET US PRAY
DEAR LORD SPEAK YOUR WILL TO MY HEART TO DAY AND DIRECT ALL MY WAYS

Love Is a Choice.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

...CONTINUE FROM YESTERDAY

TOPIC: Love Is a Choice.

1cor 13:4-7 again. They describe 14 actions that you CHOOSE to do or not do.

There’s a myth going around that says love is uncontrollable. "I just fell in love" - like it was a ditch or something. You don’t fall in love anymore than you fall out of love. Love is a choice. You choose to love. You choose not to love.

Somebody says, "But preacher, those feelings just aren’t there." So what? You can still choose to love someone, even if the feelings aren’t there.

In fact, loving someone when you don’t feel like it is a greater expression of love than loving someone when you do feel like it. Love is getting up in the middle of the night and helping a sick child when that’s the last thing you want to do. Love is being patient with your spouse when they’re irritable. Love is when you do the loving thing even when you don’t feel like it.

When you love in spite of your feelings, that’s what I call loving by faith. And don’t forget, it’s easier to act your way into a feeling than feel your way into an action. If you act in a loving way, eventually the feelings will come back.

What about you? Have you been deceived by the myth that love is uncontrollable? Have you stopped loving someone because "the feelings just aren’t there anymore"? Maybe it’s a former friend, a neighbor, a co-worker, a relative, or your own spouse. Remember, love is a choice. And maybe you need to make that choice right now.

I want you to think about the most important people in your life, pray the following prayer, and work with God as He answers it:

LET US PRAY
"Dear Lord, Help me to love . . . (you can supply the name) with the type of love described in I Corinthians 13:4-7."

What Is Love?

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: What Is Love?

Text: I Cor. 13:4-7

This days people spent millions of naira to tell that someone special, "I love you." But what is love? We talk about it, sing about it, and search for it, but exactly what is it?

The best definition of love I’ve come across is found in I Corinthians 13:4-7: "(4)Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. (5) It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. (6) Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. (7) It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." -- I Cor. 13:4-7 ( NIV)

Of course there are different degrees of love, but these verses give a good general definition.

I. Love Is Not Sex.

We live in a sex-crazed world which equates love with sex. However, a lot of what the world calls "love" is really LUST. Love is when you look at a person and think, "How can I help them?" Lust is when you look at a person and think, "How can they satisfy me?" And that’s a big difference!

If you’ve fallen into the trap of thinking of love in terms of sex, then you need to change your thinking - otherwise you will never experience what love really is and you will never develop strong and lasting relationships.

II. Love Is Not an Emotion.

The world says that love is an emotion - which isn’t true. Love affects emotions. It creates emotions. It causes emotions. But it is not an emotion.

III. Love Is an Action.

Love isn’t something you feel, or something you say. It’s something you do. Read verses 4-7 and notice the 14 different actions Paul uses to describe love (patience, kindness, etc.).

Love, in a nutshell, is the good will you show toward someone. It’s treating someone with the qualities described in verses 4-7. Take Jesus as an example. He once said, "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:12-13, NIV). Then He went out and laid down His life for us by dying on the cross as our atoning sacrifice. He did something to build us up - and that is love!

What about you, husbands and wives? Do you love each other? Then treat each other with the qualities mentioned in I Corinthians 13:4-7.

What about you, moms and dads? Do you love your children? Then treat them with the characteristics of love, as described in verses 4-7.

What about you, my brothers and sisters in Christ? Do you love your neighbors? Then treat them with the qualities mentioned in verses 4-7.

Somebody says, "Preacher, you don’t understand. I just don’t love . . . ." (you can finish the sentance on your own). I’m glad you brought this up, because it brings us to the fourth truth. BUT I WILL CONTINUE TOMORROW

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, SAVE US FROM LUST AND TRAIN US TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR LOVE RIGHTLY.

WHO IS GOING TO HELL

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: WHO IS GOING TO HELL

Brethren, there is this saying that its from this earth we will know who will make heaven or who will not,

So our questions this morning WHO IS GOING TO HELL ?

The Bible says... in Galatians 5:19-21 KJV
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these ; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, [20] Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, [21] Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

So you can see from that big mirror call Bible who is going to hell, lets analyse and itemise it.

WHO IS GOING TO HELL?

God is in relationship with his people.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: God is in relationship with his people.

Text: Isaiah 43:1 KJV
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

There's a lovely statement at the end of verse
1. Fear not... you are mine. God's people belong to him for the reasons we have seen.

But it's not all one way. Have a look at verse 3, For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.

Notice the personal references. Not, "I am the Lord, the God", or even "I am the Lord God", but "I am the Lord, your God" Hallelujah.

In verse 1, God said, you are mine. Here he says, I am yours. God's people belong to him, and he belongs to them.

This is not a master–slave relationship. It's more like a marriage: a mutual commitment to one to another. They are his people, and He is their God, the one who serves and saves them, and them alone.

Brethren until you know your position in the lord, Satan will still continue tormenting you,
You are God's child, you are precious to Jesus, he died for you and he will still do anything possible to save he who he died for, God is into a serious relationship with you his child. Stop been afraid.

As you go out to day, exercise your sonship in Christ and be free from your heat, you are not in bondage anymore. Amen

GOD MADE PROVISIONS FOR HIS REDEEMED.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: GOD MADE PROVISIONS FOR HIS REDEEMED.

Text: Isaiah 43:1 KJV

O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

To redeem something means to pay a price to get it back.

In Old Testament law, ifan Israelite fell on hard times and had to sell himself into service of an foreigner, there was always provision for him to be redeemed. Leviticus 25 says, he retains the right of redemption after he has sold himself. One of his relatives may redeem him: An uncle or a cousin or any blood relative in his clan may redeem him. Or if he prospers, he may redeem himself.ref So a price is paid to settle the contract, and the servant may go free.

God's people wereabout to be enslaved to foreigners, but through Isaiah he tells them that he is willing to pay any price to free them when the time comes.

Verse 3, I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.ref, and verse 4, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life.

The exact historical
references here are debated. But God's intention is clear: no price is too great for God to pay to redeem his people; he will even re-order world affairs to free them. He is able and willing to do so.

God's people are called.

Verse 2 again, Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned or called] you by name.

God takes all the initiative with his eople. He summons and calls them. They haven't approached him, begging to be his people; he has summoned them and made them his people.

God's people had no role in their creation. God's people had no role in their redemption. God started all this by his call.
So their existence doesn't depend on their efforts or their circumstances, only on God's sovereign initiative. Which is a great comfort to a feeble and sinful people.

As you too are reading this, Jesus has make a provision for you, and all is asking is for you not to fear, in whatever situation and trouble you find yourself, and you are alone in it. Fear not God is with you and he has make provisions. Amen

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, REVEAL YOUR PROVISION THAT WILL TAKE ME OUT OF THIS URGLY SITUATION IN JESUS NAME. AMEN

What are you afraid of?

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: What are you afraid of?
Text: Isaiah 43:1-7

Apparently, people fear all sorts of strange and perhaps trivial things. But what do you fear? What are your greatest, deepest, most horrifying fears? Fear of loss? Fear of losing something or someone? Fear of the future? Fear of humiliation or failure? Fear of God's judgement? Fear of death? Fear of hell? What do you fear?

Twice our passage this morning resounds with the words Fear notref and Do not be afraidref, in verse 1 and verse 5.

Fear not! Do not be afraid! These are the only direct commands you'll find in the passage this morning, and they are its theme and its application: fear not; do not be afraid.

=Reasons to be fearful

In context, these words are addressed to God's people, Israel. But why did God need to say these words to them? What reason did they have to be afraid?

The reason is given at the end of chapter 42. God is about to punish his people for their persistent and ongoing sin. He is about to cast them out of the land of Israel to be dispersed among the pagan nations. The Babylonian empire will capture Jerusalem and God's people will be scattered in exile.

Yet, he tells them, do not be afraid, for I am with youref. He promises that he will again gather his people, verse 5 I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth.

So God reassures his people. For a time they will suffer his punishment — actually about 70 years in exile. They will face many horrific situations. But God will not abandon them. Verse 2, When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.ref Do not be afraid, for I am with you.

Am writing this morning meal direct to the citizen of Nigeria and all other Christian brethren all over the world whom are been persecuted, abandon, killed, forshaking and rejected.
And to all Christians families, brothers and sisters who are been attack by one or any demonic power, fear not. God is with you.

Nigerian fear not the 2015 election is in Gods hands, pray and hope on almighty God, mothers fear not you will not loose your children. Let hope on God. Amen.

The blood of Jesus

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL.
.....CONTINUE FROM YESTERDAY.

TOPIC: The blood of Jesus

Brethren I started this message yesterday
about blood of jesus is
precious because ofwhat it provides.

A. Redemption

To redeem means to buy back (1 Peter 1:18-19). No matter how moral we are before accepting the gift of salvation, our nature is sinful (Ezek. 18:20; Rom. 3:23). Jesus went to the cross for the primary purpose of purchasing us from a life of slavery to sin.

B. Forgiveness

You and I can be forgiven, not simplybecause God is merciful, but because Christ went to the cross and shed His blood for me and for you (Eph. 1:7). Salvation is not something we earn through good deeds or bargain for in exchange for promising to improve.

C. Justification

God is holy and must punish sin. Because Christ shed His blood in our place, the Father not only forgives our sin but also declares us righteous (Rom. 5:17). We call this process “justification.” Romans 5:9 says, “Having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.” Even though you and I may not always act like it, we are declared holy in God’s eyes.

D. Reconciliation

hen a married couple separates, they occasionally reunite. We call that process reconciliation. This human example provides a good picture of one part of salvation. Scripture says, “It was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Christ, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross” (Col. 1:19-20). This happens only in response to God’s call—no one is saved by his or her own initiative.

E. Sanctification

Sanctification, the process of being set apart for God’s purposes and being made holy, is possible only because of the blood of Christ (Heb. 13:12). It is both a one-time event that happens at salvation and a life-long process. God continues to prune us so that we become more and more fruitful for His kingdom. You and I should never stop growing in holiness and purity.

F. Access to God

The Old Testament explains that God chose to make the Holy of Holies His earthly dwelling place
(1 Kings 8:27-30). This area of the temple was so sacred that just one priest was allowed in—and only once per year. He had to prepare himself carefully by performing sacred rituals. One of the requirements was that he be sprinkled with the blood of a sacrificed animal. Today, the only reason Christians can approach God is because, spiritually speaking, we are covered in the blood of Jesus (Heb. 10:19). The Father listens to and answers our prayers because we are allowed to draw near to Him through the righteousness of Christ.

G. Daily Forgiveness

After salvation, believers will still do some things that are unacceptable to God. But if we confess our sins to the Lord with a sincere heart, He faithfully forgives us over and over (1 John 1:7, 9). The basis for that forgiveness is the blood Christ shed when He died in our place (1 John 2:1-2).

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME
LET YOUR BLOOD MAKE ME WHAT YOU DESIRE FOR MY LIFE. AMEN

THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

1 John 1:7 KJV
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Apart from the blood of Christ, you and I could not have a relationship with our heavenly Father. Jesus’ sacrificial death made it possible for sinful man to approach holy God. Because of His blood, believers are redeemed, forgiven, justified, and sanctified, and they have access to their Creator. No wonder we call it the precious blood of Jesus. HALLELUJAH!!!

I. The blood of Jesus is precious because of who He is.

Christ was not just a man, but the Son of God, born of a virgin. Because Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, there was no sin transferred to Him through an earthly father. In the Old Testament, any animal offered as a sacrifice had to be perfect, without spot or defect. That perfection represented holiness. Scripture tells us that the sacrifices described in the Old Testament were a foreshadowing of Christ’s death. In order for Jesus to take the punishment for the sins of the world, He had to be morally perfect—without a sin nature.

II. The blood of Jesus is precious because of why He came.

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible has one main theme—the Father’s redeeming love for mankind. Christ came as the Son of God with the purpose of dying for the sins of humanity. The blood of Jesus Christ is absolutely essential to our relationship with God. Those who refuse it will spend eternity in the lake of fire, forever separated from the Father (Rev. 20:15).... I will continue tomorrow. Brethren the blood of Jesus washes us from all sin. Please before you go out to day all where ever you are. Plead the blood of Jesus upon yourself and call jesus to wash your sins and make you his child. Amen Hebrews 12:24 KJV
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

LET US PRAY
FATHER WASH US CLEAN FROM ALL OUR SINS AND PROTECTE US FROM EVIL BY THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS. AMEN

GOD'S PROTECTION IS DESIRABLE

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL
I want to thank you brethren for your concern, your messages, mail and calls, when my system was down, your morning meal is back 2015, praise God. Happy new year. Love u all...IOI

TOPIC: GOD'S PROTECTION IS DESIRABLE
I Samuel 19:1 "Saul told his son Jonathan and all the attendants to kill David."

As you know, Saul was the KING of Israel and the king wanted David dead. David had a big old bulls-eye on his back and the most powerful man in the nation had drawn it there. Saul had the law, he had the power, he had the army, and he had the vindictive desire to destroy David. David couldn't defend himself against the king without help. You can't beat a king by yourself. Remember Jack Nicolson in "A Few Good Men"? "You WANT me on that wall. You NEED me on that wall!" David WANTED God on his wall. David NEEDED God on his wall.

Likewise, we have a powerful enemy who has drawn a bulls-eye on our backs. You say, "Israel" I don't have an enemy in the world!" Oh yes you do.

I Peter 5:8 "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

The devil is a powerful enemy. But he is not just A powerful enemy, he's YOUR powerful enemy. Jesus referred to him as a strong man, fully armed, guarding his possessions. The possessions he is guarding are the human lives that he has claimed (Luke 11:21). He is determined to drag them into the hell that he knows is his final destination. Jesus also called him the "prince of this world." Satan has the power, he has an army, and he has the vindictive desire to destroy you and yours and me and mine, but Jesus has the altimete power, and if we have Jesus we have it all. Amen.

Matthew 28:18 KJV
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
John 16:33 KJV
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
1 John 4:4 KJV
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1 John 5:4 KJV
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
1 John 5:5 KJV
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, PROTECT US FROM ALL EVIL IN THIS YEAR. AMEN
