God is in relationship with his people.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: God is in relationship with his people.

Text: Isaiah 43:1 KJV
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

There's a lovely statement at the end of verse
1. Fear not... you are mine. God's people belong to him for the reasons we have seen.

But it's not all one way. Have a look at verse 3, For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.

Notice the personal references. Not, "I am the Lord, the God", or even "I am the Lord God", but "I am the Lord, your God" Hallelujah.

In verse 1, God said, you are mine. Here he says, I am yours. God's people belong to him, and he belongs to them.

This is not a master–slave relationship. It's more like a marriage: a mutual commitment to one to another. They are his people, and He is their God, the one who serves and saves them, and them alone.

Brethren until you know your position in the lord, Satan will still continue tormenting you,
You are God's child, you are precious to Jesus, he died for you and he will still do anything possible to save he who he died for, God is into a serious relationship with you his child. Stop been afraid.

As you go out to day, exercise your sonship in Christ and be free from your heat, you are not in bondage anymore. Amen

LET US PRAY
FATHER CONTINUE TO TAKE CARE OF US LIKE A LOVING GROOM TO HIS BRIDE. AMEN

GOD MADE PROVISIONS FOR HIS REDEEMED.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: GOD MADE PROVISIONS FOR HIS REDEEMED.

Text: Isaiah 43:1 KJV

O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

To redeem something means to pay a price to get it back.

In Old Testament law, ifan Israelite fell on hard times and had to sell himself into service of an foreigner, there was always provision for him to be redeemed. Leviticus 25 says, he retains the right of redemption after he has sold himself. One of his relatives may redeem him: An uncle or a cousin or any blood relative in his clan may redeem him. Or if he prospers, he may redeem himself.ref So a price is paid to settle the contract, and the servant may go free.

God's people wereabout to be enslaved to foreigners, but through Isaiah he tells them that he is willing to pay any price to free them when the time comes.

Verse 3, I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.ref, and verse 4, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life.

The exact historical
references here are debated. But God's intention is clear: no price is too great for God to pay to redeem his people; he will even re-order world affairs to free them. He is able and willing to do so.

God's people are called.

Verse 2 again, Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned or called] you by name.

God takes all the initiative with his eople. He summons and calls them. They haven't approached him, begging to be his people; he has summoned them and made them his people.

God's people had no role in their creation. God's people had no role in their redemption. God started all this by his call.
So their existence doesn't depend on their efforts or their circumstances, only on God's sovereign initiative. Which is a great comfort to a feeble and sinful people.

As you too are reading this, Jesus has make a provision for you, and all is asking is for you not to fear, in whatever situation and trouble you find yourself, and you are alone in it. Fear not God is with you and he has make provisions. Amen

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, REVEAL YOUR PROVISION THAT WILL TAKE ME OUT OF THIS URGLY SITUATION IN JESUS NAME. AMEN

What are you afraid of?

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: What are you afraid of?
Text: Isaiah 43:1-7

Apparently, people fear all sorts of strange and perhaps trivial things. But what do you fear? What are your greatest, deepest, most horrifying fears? Fear of loss? Fear of losing something or someone? Fear of the future? Fear of humiliation or failure? Fear of God's judgement? Fear of death? Fear of hell? What do you fear?

Twice our passage this morning resounds with the words Fear notref and Do not be afraidref, in verse 1 and verse 5.

Fear not! Do not be afraid! These are the only direct commands you'll find in the passage this morning, and they are its theme and its application: fear not; do not be afraid.

=Reasons to be fearful

In context, these words are addressed to God's people, Israel. But why did God need to say these words to them? What reason did they have to be afraid?

The reason is given at the end of chapter 42. God is about to punish his people for their persistent and ongoing sin. He is about to cast them out of the land of Israel to be dispersed among the pagan nations. The Babylonian empire will capture Jerusalem and God's people will be scattered in exile.

Yet, he tells them, do not be afraid, for I am with youref. He promises that he will again gather his people, verse 5 I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth.

So God reassures his people. For a time they will suffer his punishment — actually about 70 years in exile. They will face many horrific situations. But God will not abandon them. Verse 2, When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.ref Do not be afraid, for I am with you.

Am writing this morning meal direct to the citizen of Nigeria and all other Christian brethren all over the world whom are been persecuted, abandon, killed, forshaking and rejected.
And to all Christians families, brothers and sisters who are been attack by one or any demonic power, fear not. God is with you.

Nigerian fear not the 2015 election is in Gods hands, pray and hope on almighty God, mothers fear not you will not loose your children. Let hope on God. Amen.

LET US PRAY

The blood of Jesus

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL.
.....CONTINUE FROM YESTERDAY.

TOPIC: The blood of Jesus

Brethren I started this message yesterday
about blood of jesus is
precious because ofwhat it provides.

A. Redemption

To redeem means to buy back (1 Peter 1:18-19). No matter how moral we are before accepting the gift of salvation, our nature is sinful (Ezek. 18:20; Rom. 3:23). Jesus went to the cross for the primary purpose of purchasing us from a life of slavery to sin.

B. Forgiveness

You and I can be forgiven, not simplybecause God is merciful, but because Christ went to the cross and shed His blood for me and for you (Eph. 1:7). Salvation is not something we earn through good deeds or bargain for in exchange for promising to improve.

C. Justification

God is holy and must punish sin. Because Christ shed His blood in our place, the Father not only forgives our sin but also declares us righteous (Rom. 5:17). We call this process “justification.” Romans 5:9 says, “Having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.” Even though you and I may not always act like it, we are declared holy in God’s eyes.

D. Reconciliation

hen a married couple separates, they occasionally reunite. We call that process reconciliation. This human example provides a good picture of one part of salvation. Scripture says, “It was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Christ, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross” (Col. 1:19-20). This happens only in response to God’s call—no one is saved by his or her own initiative.

E. Sanctification

Sanctification, the process of being set apart for God’s purposes and being made holy, is possible only because of the blood of Christ (Heb. 13:12). It is both a one-time event that happens at salvation and a life-long process. God continues to prune us so that we become more and more fruitful for His kingdom. You and I should never stop growing in holiness and purity.

F. Access to God

The Old Testament explains that God chose to make the Holy of Holies His earthly dwelling place
(1 Kings 8:27-30). This area of the temple was so sacred that just one priest was allowed in—and only once per year. He had to prepare himself carefully by performing sacred rituals. One of the requirements was that he be sprinkled with the blood of a sacrificed animal. Today, the only reason Christians can approach God is because, spiritually speaking, we are covered in the blood of Jesus (Heb. 10:19). The Father listens to and answers our prayers because we are allowed to draw near to Him through the righteousness of Christ.

G. Daily Forgiveness

After salvation, believers will still do some things that are unacceptable to God. But if we confess our sins to the Lord with a sincere heart, He faithfully forgives us over and over (1 John 1:7, 9). The basis for that forgiveness is the blood Christ shed when He died in our place (1 John 2:1-2).

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME
LET YOUR BLOOD MAKE ME WHAT YOU DESIRE FOR MY LIFE. AMEN

THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

1 John 1:7 KJV
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Apart from the blood of Christ, you and I could not have a relationship with our heavenly Father. Jesus’ sacrificial death made it possible for sinful man to approach holy God. Because of His blood, believers are redeemed, forgiven, justified, and sanctified, and they have access to their Creator. No wonder we call it the precious blood of Jesus. HALLELUJAH!!!

I. The blood of Jesus is precious because of who He is.

Christ was not just a man, but the Son of God, born of a virgin. Because Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, there was no sin transferred to Him through an earthly father. In the Old Testament, any animal offered as a sacrifice had to be perfect, without spot or defect. That perfection represented holiness. Scripture tells us that the sacrifices described in the Old Testament were a foreshadowing of Christ’s death. In order for Jesus to take the punishment for the sins of the world, He had to be morally perfect—without a sin nature.

II. The blood of Jesus is precious because of why He came.

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible has one main theme—the Father’s redeeming love for mankind. Christ came as the Son of God with the purpose of dying for the sins of humanity. The blood of Jesus Christ is absolutely essential to our relationship with God. Those who refuse it will spend eternity in the lake of fire, forever separated from the Father (Rev. 20:15).... I will continue tomorrow. Brethren the blood of Jesus washes us from all sin. Please before you go out to day all where ever you are. Plead the blood of Jesus upon yourself and call jesus to wash your sins and make you his child. Amen Hebrews 12:24 KJV
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

LET US PRAY
FATHER WASH US CLEAN FROM ALL OUR SINS AND PROTECTE US FROM EVIL BY THE POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS. AMEN

GOD'S PROTECTION IS DESIRABLE

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL
I want to thank you brethren for your concern, your messages, mail and calls, when my system was down, your morning meal is back 2015, praise God. Happy new year. Love u all...IOI

TOPIC: GOD'S PROTECTION IS DESIRABLE
I Samuel 19:1 "Saul told his son Jonathan and all the attendants to kill David."

As you know, Saul was the KING of Israel and the king wanted David dead. David had a big old bulls-eye on his back and the most powerful man in the nation had drawn it there. Saul had the law, he had the power, he had the army, and he had the vindictive desire to destroy David. David couldn't defend himself against the king without help. You can't beat a king by yourself. Remember Jack Nicolson in "A Few Good Men"? "You WANT me on that wall. You NEED me on that wall!" David WANTED God on his wall. David NEEDED God on his wall.

Likewise, we have a powerful enemy who has drawn a bulls-eye on our backs. You say, "Israel" I don't have an enemy in the world!" Oh yes you do.

I Peter 5:8 "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

The devil is a powerful enemy. But he is not just A powerful enemy, he's YOUR powerful enemy. Jesus referred to him as a strong man, fully armed, guarding his possessions. The possessions he is guarding are the human lives that he has claimed (Luke 11:21). He is determined to drag them into the hell that he knows is his final destination. Jesus also called him the "prince of this world." Satan has the power, he has an army, and he has the vindictive desire to destroy you and yours and me and mine, but Jesus has the altimete power, and if we have Jesus we have it all. Amen.

Matthew 28:18 KJV
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
John 16:33 KJV
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
1 John 4:4 KJV
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1 John 5:4 KJV
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
1 John 5:5 KJV
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, PROTECT US FROM ALL EVIL IN THIS YEAR. AMEN

YOU ARE VALUED

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: YOU ARE VALUED

You can’t determine a person’s value by his or her environment.

Luke 2:7 KJV
And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

When a king is born, he’s laid in silk and anointed with spices, but Mary gave birth in a stable filled with the smell of livestock, wrapped Him in strips of cloth, and laid Him in a manger (Luke 2:7).

Nothing surrounding His birth revealed the significance of her newborn baby.

All too often the world judges a person’s worth based on his surroundings.
But in the Lord’s eyes, every person is significant.

He created each of us for a specific purpose and loves us unconditionally.

The ultimate proof of our worth is the fact that Christ considered us to be so valuable that He died for us.

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, LET ME FEEL THE BLESSING OF YOUR LOVE MORE THAN BEFORE IN ALL MY LIFE.

What appears to be insignificant can have eternal consequences.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: What appears to be insignificant can have eternal consequences.

Text: Luke 2:7 KJV
And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

From a human perspective, there was nothing special about Jesus’ birth. Mary and Joseph were poor, ordinary people having a baby, yet this event was the most significant incident in human history.

This child, conceived by the Holy Spirit, was the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

In the same way, events that seem ordinary in our lives may be occasions when the Lord is doing something awesome.
Because God is continually working to achieve His purposes, every event and choice in our lives has significance.

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME WORKOUT YOUR GOOD PLAN IN MY LIFE IN JESUS NAME

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE BIRTH OF JESUS

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE BIRTH OF JESUS

I. AS PROPHESIED

A. BY ISAIAH...
1. His birth and name (Immanuel) signified God would live among men -
Isa 7:14; cf. Mt 1:23

2. It would portend the establishment of the kingdom of God - Isa 9:6-7

B. BY MICAH...
1. His birth in Bethlehem would give Israel a new Ruler - Mic 5:2

2. His reign would bless not only Israel, but even the ends of the earth - Mic 5:3-5

[The significance of Jesus' birth is that God has dwelt among men, and
subsequently established His kingdom or reign that now reaches to the
ends of the earth!

II. AS PROMISED

A. TO JOSEPH...
1. His birth and name (Jesus) signified salvation from sin - Mt 1:18-21

2. As John the Baptist would later announce: "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!" - Jn 1:29

B. TO MARY...
1. His birth and subsequent reign would fulfill the promise made to David - Lk 1:26-35; cf. 2Sa 7:12-13

2. It would also fulfill the promise found in Daniel - Dan 2:44

[Again, the significance of Jesus' birth is that God was about to establish His kingdom promised by prophets and angels. But also, that He came to save us from sin! ]

III. AS PROCLAIMED

A. BY ANGELS...
1. His birth presented to the world a Savior and Lord -
Lk 2:8-12

2. It offered peace and goodwill to men (or, peace to men of goodwill) - Lk 2:13-14

B. BY SIMEON...
1. His birth would result in giving light to Gentiles and glory to Israel - Lk 2:25-32

2. It would also result in the fall and rising of many in Israel, along with revealing of many hearts - Lk 2:33-35

C. BY ANNA...
1. She, like many others, were looking for the redemption of
Jerusalem - Lk 2:36-38

2. She spoke of how Jesus' birth had great significance for them

CONCLUSION

1. The significance of the birth of Jesus is that it made possible...

a. The establishment of the kingdom of God

b. Redemption and salvation from sin for both Jew and Gentile

c. Peace and goodwill among men

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, LET YOUR BIRTH AFFECT MY LIFE POSITIVELY SIGNIFICANTLY AT THIS SEASON.

Why Christ Came.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Why Christ Came.

Luke 19:10
There is no more pressing question today than this: Why did Christ come to the earth? It is not enough to know who Jesus is.
By and large the world knows what Christians believe about Jesus. But what the world wants to know is this: Why did he come and what difference does it make?

Many answers have been given to that question.

Some argue that Jesus came to give us an example of God’s love.
Others say that he came to be the Perfect Man, the one shining example that can lift the rest of us up.
Many people consider him the greatest teacher of all time. Still others believe he came to establish a new religion.

Some scholars say that he was a reformist rabbi who wanted to start a movement to purify Israel.

Against all the theories of men we have the clear words of our Lord himself found in a familiar verse in Luke’s gospel. It is a verse known to every Sunday School child. Most of us know it by heart. In one simple sentence we have the sublimest statement of the mission of Christ. It is utterly reliable for it was spoken by Jesus on the occasion of encountering Zaccheus up a tree. Here are the words of our Lord:

“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost” (Luke 19:10).

Jesus has come to earth, the Almighty has entered our world, the infinite has become finite, the eternal has invaded time. Theologians call it the Incarnation–God in human flesh. The Bible calls him Immanuel–God with us.

His birth differs from every other birth that he voluntarily came in obedience to the Father’s will. That could not be said of you or me. We were born but we had no choice in the matter
Jesus “came” according to the plan of God.

“When the time had fully come, God sent forth his Son” (Galatians 4:4).

Every detail was minutely planned in the courts of heaven. Nothing happened by chance.

He came from the light into the darkness.
He came from splendor into squalor.
He came from purity into a world of sin.

But still he came!

He is the Son of Man because he was first the Son of God.
And not just any man has come–the Son of Man has come. Not an angel or some sort of extraterrestrial being. The term “Son of Man” emphasizes Jesus’ humanity. God himself entered the human race in the form of a tiny baby. He is the Son of Man because he was first the Son of God. “And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us” (John 1:14 AMP).

Brethren, in our morning meal to day I have made it clear to you that God sent Jesus to save and to seek the lost one. Have you been found by Jesus ? If your answer us no. Jesus is still looking for you please come out of your shell and let him rule your life to the kingdom of God. Jesus came for you.

Continue tomorrow....

FATHER FIND ME AND SAVE ME FROM HELL IN JESUS NAME.

Why The Manger

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Why The Manger
Text: Luke 2:1-20

The truth is that Jesus was not born in an immaculate birthing suite, Jesus was born in a manger - a place where they feed animals.

And the question is:
Why the manger?
Of all the places he could have been born, why was Jesus born in a stable and a manger? Why the manger?
You might say, “Well, it must have happened that way in order to fulfill the scriptures. Jesus was born in a manger to fulfill the prophesies in the Old Testament - that's why.” But in the Old Testament there are no prophecies like that. None of the prophets foretold that Jesus would be born in a manger.

Why the manger? You might say, “Well, Jesus is the Good Shepherd. And so he was born in a place for shepherds, in a manger.” Now, it's true, that shepherds would often take shelter out in the fields,
Why the manger? You might say, “Well, – that's simple! Jesus was born in the manger because there was no room in the inn! It wasn't something that was planned – it was just an accident.” But in the life of Christ there were no accidents. Everything was planned, down to the last detail.

WHY the manger?

Of all the places Jesus could have been born, why the manger? I think to answer that question, first you need to go and look at a real manger and see what it's like.

Firstly, a manger is cold. It's a damp sort of cold that chills your right to the bones. The only heat, is the body heat of the cows, when they come in to feed and when they breathe, it makes clouds of steam, in the freezing air. It's cold in the manger.
Secondly, a manger is dark . Our manger is located underground, beneath the barn. So even when the sun is shining, it's dark in the manger.
And thirdly a manger is dirty. It's full of mud, manure, dust and cobwebs and it smells of must and mold. And as the cows eat, they slobber and drool. In the summer there are flies and spiders and insects, and swallows nesting in the rafters. There's no such thing as a clean or hygienic manger: a manger is cold, dark and dirty.
At Christmas, we tend to romanticize the manger.

We turn it into something beautiful and heavenly – a First Century birthing suite. But friend a real manger just isn't like that.

The truth is that Jesus was born in a place that was
COLD … DARK….and DIRTY.
Now, the question I put to you is: Why was Jesus born in a place like that ?, a manger that was cold, dark and dirty
I believe behind the fact of the manger, there lies a great spiritual truth.
The truth is that Jesus is always born in the manger.
Every time Jesus comes into our lives, he is born in the manger.
The human heart is like the manger, cold, dark and dirty .
The human heart is cold because we do not know the love of God.
The human heart is dark because we do not have the light of Christ or the hope of salvation.
The human heart is dirty because we are sinners and our hearts are stained and soiled by sin.

But the miracle of Christmas – the real miracle – is that Jesus is willing to be born into hearts like that!
No matter how cold your heart is, Jesus is willing to be born there. No matter how dark your heart is, Jesus is willing to be born there. No matter dirty your heart is, or how sinful your life has been, Jesus is willing to come in, enter and clean your heart.
All we need to do on our part is confess that we need him, and invite him to come into our hearts and lives.
When we do that, the wonderful miracle of that first Christmas is repeated all over again: Jesus is born again in the manger of our hearts.
Jesus meets us ALWAYS at the manger. He encounters us in that place where we feel utterly lost, hopeless and helpless.
Jesus meets us… in the darkness of our grief and sorrow .
Jesus meets us… in the blackness of our despair.
He comes into our lives when we feel unloved. unlovable and alone, when inside we feel cold and half frozen to death.

Jesus meets us …in all the mess and the filth of our sin. When we've done things that are unforgivable.
Jesus comes , to people like that, unloved, unlovable and alone
Jesus comes , to people who are just like US.
Because Jesus is always born in the manger , born into hearts that are dark, cold and dirty.
No matter how cold your heart is, Jesus can be born in your heart.
No matter how dark your heart is, Jesus can be born in your heart
and fill it with his light.
No matter how dirty your heart is, Jesus can be born there and wash it clean with his forgiveness.

Jesus is always born in the manger, into hearts that are dark, cold and dirty.
The bible say's in : 1 John 1: V8-9
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness .

SAVE MY DIRTY AND DARK SOUL AT THIS SEASON IN JESUS NAME

SHOCKING NEWS: THE EX-MUSLIM PRIEST SAID THAT ”ALL MUSLIM MUST CHANGE TO CHRISTIAN TO AVOID HELL FIRE”

While I was working in a muslim mosque as an imam, as a parish priest, I preach in my parish that Jesus Christ is not God, for me, God was only Allah, and I believed Allah never got married, so no sons for Allah. So I preached there that Jesus is not God. Then somebody ask me, who is Jesus?’’ from the crowd. Maybe a muslim, but he asked me, who is Jesus?’’ I was preaching he is not God, but the question is who is he? To know who is Jesus? I read the entire Koran once again: 114 chapters, 6666 in the Koran when I read it, the name of prophet Muhammad. I found it in Koran 4 places, but the name of Jesus I found in 25 places. There itself, I was a little confused. Why does the Koran give more preference to Jesus? And second thing, I could not see any woman’s name in Koran: the Prophet Muhammad’s mother’s name, or wife’s name, no, in the Koran, there is only one woman’s name that i found is Mariam, the mother of Jesus no other woman’s name. And in the holy Koran chapter 3, the name of the chapter is family of Mariam,’’ and holy Koran chapter 19, the name of the chapter itself is ‘’MARIAM’’ one chapter is ‘’MARIAM’’ so I was very curious to know why does Koran says all these things about MARIAM, holy Koran chapter 3 verse 34 onwards says that Mary was born without original sin, she never committed any sin in her life, she was ever virgin.
Koran chapter 50 verses 23 say that she went to heaven with her physical body. Even the assumption is writing in the holy Koran and then about Jesus, when I read chapter 3 verses 45 to 55 verses, there is 10 point which the Koran makes about Jesus. The first thing Koran says (kallimatulli) the arabic word which means ‘’the of God’’ and second thing is ( ahimokuli ) which mean spirit of God and the third (isa masi) which means Jesus Christ so Koran give the name for Jesus WORD OF GOD, SPIRIT OF GOD, JESUS CHRIST. And then Koran says that Jesus spoke when he was very small, like 2 days old. after his birth he began to speak , Koran says that Jesus created a live bird with mud. He took some mud, he formed a bird; when breathed into it, it became a live bird. So I think Jesus can give life because he gave life to mud, clay, and then Koran says that Jesus cured a man born blind and a man with leprosy, e.t.c
Curiously, the Koran says that Jesus gave life to dead people; Jesus went to heaven; he is still alive and he will come again. When I saw all these things in the Koran I taught of what Koran says about Muhammad, according to the Koran, prophet Muhammad is not the word of God, not spirit of God he never spoke when he was 2 days old, he never created any bird with mud, he never cure any sick people, he never raised any dead people, he himself died, and according to Islam he is not alive and he will not come back. So there is a lot of different between these two prophets. I didn’t call Jesus, God, you know my idea was ‘’He is a prophet but he is a prophet greater than Muhammad; so one day I went to my teacher, the one who taught me 10 years in Arabic college, and I ask him, teacher, how did God created the universe? Then he said God created the universe through the word,’’ THROUGH THE WORD. Then my question is: ‘’WORD’’ is creator or creation? He must clear this, my question is whether the WORD of God is creator or creation. Koran says Jesus is WORD of God. If my teacher says word of God is creator, which means Jesus is the creator, then muslim must become Christian suppose if he says the word is creation he will be trapped. You know why? He said everything was created through the word. Suppose if he said the word is creation, then how did God created the word? So he cannot say that the word is creator, or creation, so he was quite angry he push me out of his room and said word is not God, not creator or the creation you get out of here, ‘’he said
The reason why Muslim doesn’t accept to be Christian is because they are blinded with the wrong teaching of their priest, Imam. They said that the word is creation they try to prove it wrongly…… they say the word is not creator, not the creation, but not God. And no creation also. They don’t equal with God, that all their problem. So when he said that I told my teacher, word is not the creator or the creation.’’ So, that is why Christian says the word is son of God. Then he told me if there is son for God, I must show him the wife of God. That without wife no chance of having a son then I showed him a portion from the Koran. Koran says that God can see without eyes, God can talk without tongue, God can hear without ears. It is writing in the Koran. I said if that is the case, so God can have a child without a wife. I took my Koran, I put it on my chest, and I said ‘’Allah’’, tell me what I should do because your Koran says Jesus is still alive, and Mohammad is no more. Tell me whom should I accept.’’ after my prayer I opened the Koran, I didn’t asked anyone, I asked only my Allah. When I opened Koran, I saw chapter 10 verses 94. You know what Koran says? It says if you have any doubt in this Koran which I give to you, go and read the Bible, or ask the people, those who read the Bible. The truth is already revealing that.
I beg all muslim to give their life to Christ because he is the only way to the kingdom of God. Please don’t perish like other muslims that is serving the god they do not know. I welcome you into Christ Jesus as you change your mind to accept him today. God bless you.

THE SECRECY OF HIS COMING.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE SECRECY OF HIS COMING.

Mark 13:32.

A. It Is A Hidden Time – Jesus is coming, but no one knows when that event will take place. When Jesus gave His men this prophecy, He told them that even He didn’t know the hour of His Own return. The point He is making is that it is foolish to try and set dates concerning the Lord’s return.

the retired NASA worker who wrote the book “88 Reasons Why Jesus Will Return In 1988.” He predicted that Jesus would return on either Sept. 11, 12, or 13. When the Lord didn’t return in 1988, he wrote a new book that declared the Lord would return in 1989. He didn’t come then either. No one knows the time when the Lord will return. There is no point in speculating about it.

But, while we are on the subject, let me just remind you that Jesus is talking about His Second Coming in these verses. He is actually talking about the second part of the Second Coming. Jesus is talking about the time He will come to defeat His enemies and rule on the earth. Did you know that He is coming back before that?

He will not actually set foot on the earth when he comes for the first part of the Second Coming, but He will appear in the clouds above the earth. We call this event the Rapture. It is predicted in John 14:1-3; 1 Thes, 4:16-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-52.

In the Rapture, Jesus will return in the clouds above the earth and He will call His redeemed people unto Him. Every saint of God who has died in faith in Christ will be with Him when He comes. He will raise their bodies from the grave, reunite body and spirit and take both home to Heaven. Every living child of God will be “caught up” in the air to be with Jesus. These sinful bodies will become like His glorified body. All the saved people from the resurrection to the Rapture will leave this world in the Rapture.

I am ready and looking for that event. How about you? Unlike the Second Coming, there will be no signs that will precede the Rapture. One minute the people of God will be here, and the next minute they will be with Jesus in Heaven. Those who are left behind will have to face the terror of the Tribulation.

If you are going to be ready for anything, be ready for the Rapture. If you are going to be looking for anything, be looking for Jesus in the Rapture. If you miss the Rapture, you will probably not be alive when Jesus comes the second time. If you are alive when He comes, you will face Him as Judge and not Savior. Your only hope is to be saved today! Come to Jesus now! Run to Jesus while there is time. Come while He calls you. Come now!

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME. SAVE ME WITH YOUR MERCY DONT LET ME MISS THE GLORIOUS HOME CALL OF THE SAINT. AMEN

JESUS SAYS IT AND IT WILL COME TO PASS

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: JESUS SAYS IT AND IT WILL COME TO PASS

They Are Confirmed Signs – This verse is a simple confirmation that everything Jesus says will come to pass. The Word of God is an eternal book, Psa. 119:89. Every word in it will stand forever, Isa. 40:8. Every promise in God’s Word will be met, Deut. 4:21. Every prophecy will be fulfilled, Matt. 5:18.

What does this mean for us? It serves to remind us that we need to take the words of the Lord to heart! What He says will happen will happen. What He promises His will do. This is a call for people to believe the Bible!
Jesus says that He is the only way of salvation, John 14:6. Jesus says that there is a Heaven to gain and a Hell to shun, John 14:1-3; John 3:18. Those things are true and every person in this room will answer to them one day. Jesus also says that He is coming again, John 14:3. It is a promise that is as sure as the sun coming up in the morning and setting in the evening. Ready or not, here He comes!

FATHER IN JESUS NAME LET YOUR TRUE WORD BE FULFIL IN MY LIFE TODAY FOR BETTER

CONCLUDING SIGN OF JESUS COMING

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: CONCLUDING SIGN OF JESUS COMING

TEXT: Mark 13:30

Jesus says that the generation that witnesses these things will not pass away until they have all been fulfilled. This prophecy has been the subject of much debate down through the years.

One of the symbols of the nation of Israel is the fig tree, Jer. 8:13, 29:17; Hos. 9:10, 16; Joel 1:7; Micah 7:1-6. Thus, some people have concluded that Jesus is comparing saying that when the fig tree, or Israel, begins to show signs of life, that generation will witness the return of the Lord. Well, Israel became a nation again after 1,878 years on May 14, 1948. The nation was destroyed in 70 AD and ceased to exist. Some people believe the final generation began them. Of course, that was 61 years ago and a generation in the Bible is about 27 years.

Others believe that Israel began to put forth her leaves in 1967 after she defeated her Arab neighbors in the Six Days War. Of course, that was nearly 42 years ago.

Another school of thought holds that the word “generation”, which can refer to “a wicked race”, refers to the spiritual condition of Israel. In other words, Jesus could be saying, “The Jews will continue in their unbelief until I come.” This interpretation certainly fits with the facts. Israel is back in their land, and they have all the signs of life. Like a fig tree in the late spring, they are in full leaf. Still, they have no fruit. They have yet to bow to their Messiah.

Brethren, In my opinion, all that Jesus is saying in verse 30 is the appearance of the signs he has mentioned will be a signal that the end is very near. As I said a few minutes ago, all the pieces are in place. Everything is lining up like Jesus said they would. He is coming! Are you ready?

LET US PRAY
FATHER IN JESUS NAME, SAVE MY SOUL FROM THE DECEPTION OF THE END TIME AND GET ME READY TO MEET YOU.

THE SIGNS OF HIS COMING

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE SIGNS OF HIS COMING

Text: Mark 13:28-31

A. v. 28-29 They Are Clear Signs – It was spring time when Jesus uttered these words. He and His men were sitting on the side of the Mount of Olives, v. 3. All around them were the signs of life that document the transitions of the seasons. Jesus uses a fig tree to illustrate the truth He wants His men to understand.

Jesus uses the fig tree to teach a spiritual truth. When a fig tree puts forth its leaves, it is a clear sign that summer is on the way. It is a clear sign and nothing can be done to change it. Summer is coming, thus men need to prepare for summer weather. So, Jesus says, when people see the signs He has mentioned in these verses, they will know the end is near.

What signs has He mentioned in these verses? He has mentioned many things, most of which will be fulfilled during the days of the Tribulation. Let me give you a brief overview of the events Jesus said would come to pass in the last days.

1. There will be many false Messiahs – v. 6, 21-22.
2 There will be wars and rumors of wars – v. 7.
3. There will be turmoil among the nations of the earth – v. 8.
4. There will be persecution of the people of God – v. 9-13.
5. The Antichrist will come to power on the earth and will declare himself to be God, and he will demand to be worshiped – v. 14.
6. The earth will pass through a time of divine judgment called the Tribulation Period – v. 14-20.
7. The heavenly bodies will fall from their places, the sun and the moon will not give their light, and the universe will be plunged into darkness – v. 24-25.

Clearly, Jesus is describing the terrible days of the Tribulation Period, a time yet to come to this world. Even though this time is still future, we can already see all the pieces falling into place. This world is preparing itself for the fulfillment of God’s prophecies. The signs are everywhere! Only the spiritually blind refuse to see what is as plain as day and now that you know all you need is to be born again. Accept Jesus Christ as lord and saviour delay can be dangerous. Jesus love you.

How to be a Good Wife to your Husband – 12 Qualities a Man looks for in his Woman

Every married man wishes to have a good wife. Many people advise the new bride to be a good wife to her husband. But what are the makings of a good or perfect wife? Many of women do not know about it. Most of these qualities of a good wife are already inbuilt in a woman and the rest can be developed.

How to be a Good Wife? Keeping the Man Happy

I am a film believer of ‘what you give is what you get in return’ as far as human behavior is concerned. If you are a good wife to your Husband and treat him right, he would cherish you, love you and nurture you in return.

Want to know how to keep your Husband happy? Here are some of the Qualities a man looks in his wife.

1) Be pleasant: It is said that ‘we need to treat others the way we want ourselves to be treated’. Never be rude to our husband, family and friends. Be warm, kind, positive, understanding and friendly. Work to be pleasant toward your husband. Don’t be one of those people who make everyone around feel bad just because they have had a hard day. Welcome your husband with a smile when he comes home instead of a sour face. A good wife honors her hubby by keeping a pleasant tone in her voice, a happy smile on her face and a neat and clean appearance. Listen to him talk about his day especially if it was a difficult one. If you don’t like how you partner treats you, take a minute to notice how you treat your partner and correct your behavior.

2) Treat your Husband with Respect: If you expect respect from others we need to treat others with respect too. Haven’t we all heard ‘Give respect and take respect’? Respect can be reflected in the way one talks and behaves. Always speak in a loving way and refrain from speaking in a harsh manner. A good wife respects her hubby and she never chooses to belittle strike, humiliate or otherwise harm him in private nor in public. It is better to watch what you say and think before speaking as it is not possible to take back the words once they are said. A good wife will treat her man with respect in front of others and at home.

3) Communicate: Communication is the key to a good and solid marriage. Do not hide things from your husband or keep secrets after marriage. Be honest to him. Find time to sit and talk with your husband on a daily basis even if it is for only half an hour. If you let things bottle up and feel that you cannot share with your husband anything then your marriage is in trouble. Be a good listener when your husband is talking. You may have a dozen important things to tell him but allow him to talk first. Don’t greet him with complaints and problems the moment he comes back from work. Good Communication also helps to build trust and strengthen your relationship. After marriage the wife and husband are a team or partners. Do not take any major decisions about the family without consulting with husband. Fights or problems may happen in between the two but do not let the world know about it rather solve it between yourselves. The fight you had last week over shopping or whatever is over and done with. So move on with it and stop rehashing old stuff and reminding him of his faults. Do not resort to name calling, hitting, spitting, breaking dishes or anything else when you lose your temper. If you do he may actually start to fall out of love with you and you could lose him all together.

4) Be Supportive: A husband expects wife’s support and understanding especially in times of troubles. A good wife loves her hubby through his successes and failures and provides reassurance when he’s feeling down. She is a nurturer and an equal partner in the marriage. Support your husband in all stages of his career and life. Do not belittle your man or hurt his ego. It is often heard saying that ‘a wife can make a man or break a man’. There’s no quicker way to build resentment in your man than to criticize him or belittle him especially in front of others. Be proud of him on his accomplishments and genuinely complement him. If you do this
6) Give him his space: As a wife you need to understand that your husband has a life other than you also. He has his family, friends and colleagues who too are part of his life. He also may have some hobbies or passions he is involved in. Don’t expect his undivided attention. Don’t stop him if he wants to go out and hang out with his friends sometimes or engage in a hobby or sport that he likes. An interfering wife can sometimes be too irritating.

7) Keep him happy in Bed: Sexual intimacy is one of the most essential things in any marriage. When you please your man, he would be obliged to please you too. Please your man in bed. If you cannot keep your man happy in Bed he may go where he can get it. After all, a Man is a man! According to research, the major reason why men cheat is mostly physical whereas for a woman it is emotional.

8) Plan Surprises: Men like surprises too. It can be anything like organizing his birthday party without him knowing about it or planning a special night of passion by playing a seductress. Your surprises do not have to be elaborate and can be as simple as making him his favorite snack or any of his favorite dishes once in a while even if you would rather eat something else.

9) Express your love and appreciation often: Men likes praises and appreciation. Make the best of your time together. Men like to hear the words ‘I love you’ too. Also join him in activities that he’s interested in even though you would have preferred to do something else. Give him a thoughtful gift once in a while. Make it a point never to forget the special days in his life. Pamper him very often, especially when he is at home. You can even cook for him or give him a good massage. Making him dependent on you by doing his chores when he is at home is not a bad idea. Let him miss you and think about you when you are not around. These gestures won’t go unnoticed and it may even inspire him to do something nice for you. Don’t withhold affection.

10) Honesty, Loyalty and Dedication: A good wife would be honest, loyal and dedicated to her husband. Marriage is a lifelong commitment and the vows you have taken at the time of marriage should be kept in all conditions.

11) Prepare yourself: A good wife honors her hubby by keeping a pleasant tone in her voice, a happy smile on her face and a neat and clean appearance. Take special care about your appearance and every day. Include exercises or yoga in your daily routine. Be hygienic. Some woman feel that once they are married why they should dress up or take care of their appearance. A man likes his wife to smell good. If you are unhealthy or not presentable your man may cheat you behind your back.

12) Prepare the House: Maintain a clean house all the time. Clear away the clutter and spend time decorating the house. Apart from this be wise with money and take all the responsibilities of a wife seriously without complaining.

Do you want a Good Husband who would love you and cherish you? Then treat him exactly the way you want him to treat you. If you want your Husband to treat you like a Queen, you should treat him like a King. In this modern world where most Wives also work the above advice may not be fully practical. But at least some efforts can be put to put these tips into practice. If you are working, you may keep a maid for doing the household chores of cooking, cleaning etc.

I am sure any man would be happy to get a good wife with all the above said qualities. Anyways, I have some advice for Men who were overjoyed seeing this Hub. Marriage is a two sided relationship and you have to play your role too in a perfect manner if you expect your wife to be an ideal one.

Have I left anything? Please feel free to add through comments.

READY OR NOT, JESUS IS COMING BACK

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: READY OR NOT, JESUS IS COMING BACK

Text: Mark 13:28-37

One of the most memorable games from my childhood days is the game of hide and seek. On many occasions throughout the year. The children would usually start a game of hide and seek.
When the game started, someone was chosen to be “it”. A spot was chosen to be “base”. Whoever was “it” would stand at “base”, close their eyes and count to 100. The other players ran and hid. Then it was “its” job to find them before they could return to “base”. The game ended when everyone made it back to “base”, or when “it” found someone who was hiding. In the next game, the person who was caught became “it”.
The part of that game that still echoes in my mind is what “it” would say before he or she came looking for those who were hiding. “It” would always say, “Ready or not, here I come.” When “it” said that, you had better be ready, or you were going to be in trouble.
When I read this verses, that old childhood game came back to my memory. Jesus is telling His men that there will be a day when He will come again. That day will arrive whether people are ready or not.
This chapter began with the disciples asking Jesus about the end of time and about the signs accompanying that time period, v. 3-4. The rest of this chapter is spent answering their questions. These closing verses offer a few warnings that all people of all ages should take to heart. These warnings should especially be heeded by people who are living in these late hours of time.
Jesus is coming! Skeptics and scoffers deny that fact, but they can’t change the truth of it. Jesus is coming, and He is coming soon. This is not a childhood game! Eternity is at stake!
I want to move through these verses in my morning meal this week, Ready Or Not, Jesus is coming! There are warnings in these verses that should be heard and heeded by everyone. These verses are a challenge for the saints to be ready, and they are a call for the lost to get ready. Jesus is coming and you do not want to be found unprepared for that day. Notice these warnings with me today

THE FRUIT OF A STRONG MARRIAGE

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: THE FRUIT OF
A STRONG MARRIAGE

What will be the outcome of all the love and effort in a marriage? A strong marriage will bear fruit to the glory of God. Let me share with you what a strong marriage will produce.

A Strong Marriage Sanctifies The Home – Eph. 5:21-22; 25; 29 –
A marriage that is lived out according to the principles of the Word of God is a marriage that keeps God at the center. It produces a home where Jesus is King and God is Sovereign. It is a marriage that opens the door for God to bless in amazing ways. It is a marriage that invites the power of God to dwell in the home. Ill. 1 Cor. 7:12-16)

A Strong Marriage Glorifies The Savior – Eph. 5:32 –

A marriage that operates according to the principles of God’s Word brings glory to the Lord. God is glorified when we live out our marriages according to His precepts. This is true because a marriage that functions according to the Word of God is a marriage that honors His will, and doing His will always brings glory to His name! So, God is glorified when we love like He does.

A Strong Marriage Witnesses To The Lost –

A strong godly marriage is a witness to this lost generation because it is a living, breathing example of Christ and His church. It demonstrates the power of the love of God and the grace of God to all who witness it. A godly marriage exemplifies forgiveness, patience, love, hope, and the power of God’s saving grace. A good, godly marriage is a powerful witness to a lost world. When the world looks at our marriages, they should see how Christ loved His church. They should see that there is just something different about our love for our spouse.

A Strong Marriage Instructs The Next Generation – Eph. 6:1-3 –

In these verses, Paul speaks to the children in the home. Children have a duty to submit to their parents. But, I am talking to husbands and wives today. We need to realize that our children learn about marriage and about how to treat their future spouse by watching you.

How you treat your spouse is probably how they will treat theirs. How you talk to your spouse is how they will talk to theirs. Dad, how you love you wife will be hoe your son will love his wife. Mom, how you react toward your husband will be how your daughter will react toward hers.

A man who curses and abuses his wife will raise sons who are prone to do the same. He will also raise daughters who expect that kind of treatment. Women who ridicule and belittle their husbands will raise daughters who have no respect for men. They will also raise sons with who lack the power to lead.

We need to take a step back and look at our marriages. How do the children around us see us? What are we teaching them about marriage? We have a responsibility to the next generation. We are responsible for teaching them the right way to walk and live.

By the way, don’t use your own upbringing as an excuse for bad behavior in your marriage. Your parents may have fought all the time, but it does not mean you have to. Your father may have abused your mother physically or verbally, but that does not mean you have to treat you wife that way. Your mother may have talked down to your father, but that does not mean that you have to act that way. If you are saved, act like a saved man or woman. If you are saved, you have been changed, 2 Cor. 5:17. Live like the person you are and stop the cycle of sin that has operated in your family.

Marriage is one of the greatest gifts God ever gave to humanity. But, it is truly beautiful when it is operates like God intended it to.

Has He spoken to you about your marriage? Husbands and wives might want to come and pray together today. You might want to ask the Lord to strengthen your bonds. You might want to iron out some troubled places. You might need to apologize to your spouse for acting like a jerk. You might want to come and thank God for what He has done in your

Husband duty to his wife

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

Topic: Husband duty to his wife

The husband must joyfully serve and care for his wife the way he cares for his own body, (Ephesians 5:28-30). What does this look like?

1. Be trustworthy – do what you say you will, consistently. Be a man of your word.

2. Make her load lighter, not heavier – ask her how you can do this.

3. Listen to her.

4. Pray for her and with her and your children, that they would love Jesus more than anything.

5. Put her needs ahead of yours.

6. Be a one-woman man – keep your eyes on her only and stay away from pornography.

7. Help her develop and use the gifts and abilities God gave her.

8. Help her fulfill her hopes and dreams; encourage her to be the woman God created her to be

9. Show her and TELL her you love her. Be her BEST encourager.

Directions for avoiding dissensions

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Directions for avoiding dissensions
....CONTINUE FROM YESTERDAY.

1. Keep alive your love for one another. Love your spouse dearly and fervently. Love will suppress wrath; you cannot be bitter over little things with someone you dearly love; much less will you descend to harsh words, aloofness, or any form abuse.

2. Both husband and wife must mortify their pride and strong self centered feelings. These are the feelings which cause intolerance and insensitivity. You must pray and labour for a humble, meek, and quiet spirit. A proud heart is troubled and provoked by every word that seems to assault your selfesteem.

3.Do not forget that you are both diseased persons, full of infirmities; and therefore expect the fruit of those infirmities in each other; and do not act surprised about it, as if you had never known of it before. Decide to be patient with one another; remembering that you took one another as sinful, frail, imperfect persons, and not as angels, or as blameless and perfect.

4. Remember still that your are one flesh; and therefore be no more offended with the words or failings of each other, than you would be if they were your own. Be angry with your wife for her faults no more than you are angry with yourself for your own. Have such an anger and displeasure against a fault, as will work to heal it; but not such as will cause festering and aggravation of the diseased part. This will turn anger into compassion, and will cause you to administer care for the cure.

5. Agree together beforehand, that when one of you is sinfully angry and upset the other shall silently and gently bear it until you have come to your sanity.

6. Have an eye to the future and remember that you must live together until death, and must be the companions of each other's lives, and the comforts of each other's lives, and then you will see how absurd it is for you to disagree and upset each other.

7. As far as you are able, avoid all occasions of wrath and quarreling, about the matters of your families.

8. If you are so angry that you cannot calm yourself at least control your tongue and do not speak hurtful and taunting words, talking it out hotly fans the fire, and increases the flame; (Do not ventilate your anger as you only feed your fleshly vengenance) Be silent, and you will much sooner return to your serenity and peace.

9. Let the calm and rational spouse speak carefully and compellingly reason with the other (unless it be with a person so insolent as will make things worse). Usually a few sober, grave admonitions, will prove as water to the boiling pot. Say to your angry wife or husband, "You know this should not be between us; love must put it to rest, and it must be repented of. God does not approve of it, and we shall not approve of it when this heat is over. This frame of mind is contrary to a praying frame, and this language contrary to a praying language; we must pray together; let us do nothing contrary to prayer now: sweet water and bitter come not from one spring", etc. Some calm and condescending words of reason, may stop the torrent, and revive the reason which passion had overcome.

10. When you have sinfully acted towards your spouse confess to one another; and ask for forgiveness of each other, and join in prayer to God for pardon; and this will act as a preventative in you the next time: you will surely be ashamed to do that which you have confessed and asked forgiveness for of God and man...CONTINUE TOMORROW.

Directions showing the great necessity of avoiding dissension.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Directions showing the great necessity of avoiding dissension.

...continue from yesterday
Eph 5:25. 28. 29.33.

1. The duty of your marriageunion requires unity. Can you not agree with your own flesh?

2. Division with your spouse will pain and upset your whole life ... Just as you do not wish to hurt your own self and are quick to care for your own wounds; so you should take notice of any break in the peace of your marriage and quickly seek to heal it.

3. Fighting chills love, fighting makes your spouse undesirable to you in your mind. Wounding is separating; to be tied together through marital bonds while your hearts are estranged is to be tormented. To be inwardly adversaries, while outwardly husband and wife turns your home and delight into a prison.

4. Dissension between the husband and the wife disrupts the whole family life; they are like oxen unequally yoked, no work can be accomplished for all the striving with one another.

5. It greatly makes you unfit for the worship of God; you are not able to pray together nor to discuss heavenly things together, nor can you be mutual helpers to each other's souls.

6. Dissension makes it impossible to manage your family properly.

7. Your dissension will expose you to the malice of Satan, and give him advantage for many, many temptations.

MUTUAL DUTIES OF HUSBAND AND WIFE TOWARDS EACH OTHER

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: MUTUAL DUTIES OF HUSBAND AND WIFE TOWARDS EACH OTHER
......continue from yesterday

directions for maintaining love are as follows:

1. Choose a good spouse in the first place. A spouse who is truly good and kind. Full of virtue and holiness to the Lord.

2. Don't marry till you are sure that you can love entirely.

3. Be not too hasty, but know beforehand all the imperfections which may tempt you to despise your future mate.

4. Remember that justice commands you to love one that has forsaken all the world for you. One who is contented to be the companion of your labours and sufferings, and be a sharer in all things with you, and that MUST be your companion until death.

5. Remember that women are ordinarily affectionate, passionate creatures, and as they love much themselves, so they expect much love from you.

6. Remember that you are under God's command; and to deny marital love to your wives, is to deny a duty which God has urgently imposed on you. Obedience therefore should command your love.

7. Remember that you are "one flesh"; you have drawn her to forsake father and mother, and to cleave to you;

8. Take more notice of the good, that is in your wives, than of her faults. Let not the observation of their faults make you forget or overlook their virtues.

9. Don't magnify her imperfections until they drive you crazy.
Excuse them as far as is right in the Lord. Consider the frailty of the sex. Consider also your own infirmities, and how much your wives must bear with you.

10. Don't stir up the evil of your spouse, but cause the best in them to be lived out.

11. Overcome them with love; and then they will be loving to you, and consequently lovely. Love will cause love, as fire kindleth fire. A good husband is the best means to make a good and loving wife.

12. Live before them the life of a prudent, lowly, loving, meek, selfdenying, patient, harmless, holy heavenly Christian.

Mutual Duties Of Husbands And Wives Towards themself.

IOI CHRISTIAN MORNING MEAL

TOPIC: Mutual Duties Of Husbands And Wives Towards themself.

Selfish ungodly persons everywhere enter into all kinds of relationships with a desire of serving their ownselves, and gratifying their own flesh without knowing or caring what is required of them.
Their desire is for the honour, profit, or pleasure their relationship will provide them but not for what God and man requires or expects from them. [Gen 2:18, Prov 18:22] Their mind is concerned only with what they shall have and not for what they shall be and do.

They know what they want others to do for them, but do not care what their duty is to do for others. This is the way it is with too many husbands and wives.

We should be very concerned to know what the duties of our relationships are. And how we can please God in our relationships. Study and do your part, and God will certainly do his.

I. The first duty of husbands is to love their wives (and wives their husbands).
Eph 5.25,28,29,33. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies; he that loveth his wife, loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church.Let every one of you in particular so love his wife, even as himself."
