TOPIC: Pleasing God

For a Christian, living a life that pleases God is a spiritual requirement that engenders a godly life with enormous earthly benefits and a huge heavenly advantage. You cannot enter into your rest or live a fruitful life unless you are constantly striving to please God in your thoughts, words and conducts. For a Christian, pleasing the Lord must become a way of life.
To initiate this lifestyle, we need to live a Word-transformed life dictated and governed by the Word of God (Luke.4:4).

We cannot live a transformed and reformed life unless our mind is regularly renewed by the Word of God (Romans.12:2). Transformation must first occur within before its proof can be manifested or witnessed without. Brethren, a heart yoked to the world system (1 John.2:15) cannot please God.

Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Heb.11:6).

What is faith? It is walking in the truth of the Word of God, and running your life on heavenly report. The report of heaven on any aspect of your life is the only true report. Any other report is an evil report that must be rejected, by faith! Faith is the dominant principle that comes into play when we begin to live a life that pleases God.

The answer to all your needs and necessities of life whether they are secular, emotional, mental or spiritual, can only be located in the presence and Word of God. It is difficult to receive anything from the LORD except through the vehicle of faith.
