Wrong motives
When our motives are not right in prayer, our prayers have no power. James 4:3 says, “When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives.”
Sometimes even knowing our own motives can be difficult. In my experience, I’ve observed two things that quickly expose wrong motives: are...
(1) a project greater than ourselves and
(2) prayer.
Get your motive right, let it be spiritually Biblical and let your wish be rooted from the mind of God, know this straight that we can't ask outside the will of God.

FATHER IN JESUS NAME, CORRECT OUR SINFUL MOTIVE AND HELP US TO THINK IN YOUR DIRECTION IN JESUS NAME
